We provide direct assistance and support in partnership with local regulated providers, complying with local laws for a seamless, worry-free experience globally. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required approvals from UAE or foreign competent authorities. Armed services require a minimum 30-day lead time for authorisation, which may be refused. All activities comply with UAE laws and RAKEZ regulations.

What is the difference between a bodyguard and a close protection officer?
They describe the same role at different levels of craft. Bodyguard is the everyday word and often implies visible physical presence; close protection officer is the professional and regulated term for someone licensed and trained in threat and risk assessment, advance work, protective movement, counter-surveillance awareness and emergency first aid. Every operative Algoz coordinates is a qualified close protection officer, not a doorman.
How do I hire a bodyguard?
Send the dates, the city, the party and the exposure through the contact form. You receive a written proposal with the profile of the officer, the plan and a final rate, with no obligation. Once you accept, one Algoz contact holds the engagement from briefing to departure, and every operative is licensed locally, vetted and NDA-bound. Seven days is the minimum we ask for, and more is better. Inside that week the brief is vetted, the right officer is assigned and released from other work, and the advance work on routes, venues and access is done properly. We will always look at shorter notice, but under 48 hours is an urgency case: it carries additional fees and it cannot be guaranteed. Nobody produces a licensed officer in 24 hours, whatever the promise.
