Medical Travel Protection
The trip to a clinic is the most private journey you will make.
People travel for treatment to Switzerland, Germany, London, Paris, Dubai and the United States because the medicine is good. What the clinic does not provide is everything around it: the arrival at an airport where someone might recognise you, the car that takes you to a building whose name says what you are there for, the hours a family member spends waiting, the days afterwards when you are not yourself, and the simple fact that a treatment abroad is information that competitors, press and sometimes family members would pay to know.
Algoz covers that part. A licensed close protection officer, female or male as you prefer, meets the flight, moves you between the hotel and the clinic without the trip being visible, waits through appointments, handles the hospital's own security and the hotel, and is there on the days afterwards when being alone is the hardest part. We are not a medical provider and we never see your records; we protect the person and the privacy of the journey. Tell us the city and the dates.
- One licensed officer, female or male, who reads as a relative or an assistant
- The trip kept private: bookings, cars, hotels and the clinic's own staff told the minimum
- Airport, hotel and clinic moves planned around appointments and recovery
- An officer who waits, and a driver who is always outside
- Family and children travelling with the patient covered on the same brief
- We are not a medical provider: the clinic treats, we protect and keep it quiet
As much presence as the treatment needs.
Arrival and the clinic days
Met airside, driven to the hotel and the clinic on routes that do not advertise the destination, an officer who waits through each appointment, a car outside, and the hospital security briefed on who may approach.
Through the stay
Level A plus the recovery: the days at the hotel or a rented residence afterwards, the follow-up appointments, the pharmacy, the family who arrives, and an officer who is present without being a nurse or a guard.
High profile or high risk
For patients who are recognised, for treatments that would make a story, or where the diagnosis itself creates risk: a low-profile officer close through the day, the floor and the residence covered, the press and the curious kept at a distance they do not notice.
Around the treatment, not instead of it.
The trip itself, kept quiet
Hotels booked under the name you choose, cars that do not stop at the clinic's front door, a clinic liaison who knows your name and nobody else who does. No itinerary with the word clinic in it.
Airport to hotel to clinic
Met airside, luggage and wheelchair assistance where needed, a vehicle at the kerb, and the first move to the hotel or straight to the clinic planned around the appointment.
An officer who waits
Through consultations, scans, surgery and the hours a family spends in a corridor: someone capable who knows the building, speaks the language and keeps the people who should not approach from approaching.
The days afterwards
The hotel suite or a rented residence after discharge, the pharmacy run, the follow-up appointment, the first walk. Covered quietly, with a female officer where the patient prefers one.
Those who travel with you
A spouse, children, parents: covered on the same brief, with a driver for them while you are in the clinic and an officer who can take a child to the park while you are not able to.
Medical flights through partners
Where a flight with medical crew is required, we arrange it through licensed air-ambulance and private aviation partners. See emergency private jet evacuation.
Switzerland and Germany: the European clinics
Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Munich, Heidelberg and the private clinics of the German and Swiss lake towns treat patients from the Gulf, Russia, Africa and the Americas every week. Officers are licensed in the canton or the Land, know the clinics and their security, and move a patient between the airport, the hotel and the clinic without the journey being visible. Arabic and Russian are spoken on request. See Geneva and Zurich.
Protection in GenevaLondon, Paris and the specialists
Harley Street, the London private hospitals, the Paris clinics and the specialists who see patients from everywhere. The risk in these cities is recognition: the hotel lobby, the clinic door, the photographer who already knows. A low-profile officer, SIA-licensed in the United Kingdom, handles arrival, the clinic days and the recovery with the hotel and the clinic told only what they must. See London and Paris.
Protection in LondonDubai, the United States and the long-haul patient
Dubai treats the region; Houston, New York, Boston, Rochester and Los Angeles treat the world. For a long-haul patient the journey is the hard part: the flight, the arrival when you are unwell, the weeks of stay, the family who comes and goes. Licensed partners in the UAE and in each American state provide the officer, the driver and the clinic liaison, with Algoz as the single contact throughout. See Dubai and services for US clients.

The brief, under NDA
The city, the clinic, the dates and who travels. We never ask for the diagnosis, and we never see a record. Everything is held under NDA before a name is shared.
Officer matching
Female or male, the language you want, experience with hospitals and with patients. You see the profile before anyone travels.
The plan
Hotel or residence, cars, routes, the clinic's own security, who may approach and who may not, and what happens if an appointment moves. Written down for you and the family.
Arrival
Met airside, assistance where needed, a vehicle at the kerb and the first move planned around how you feel, not around a schedule.
The clinic days
An officer who waits, a driver outside, the floor liaised with, the family covered. Nothing visible, nothing said to anyone who does not need to know.
Recovery and return
The days afterwards covered at the level you want, the follow-up handled, and the journey home arranged with the same care as the arrival.
“The clinic will remember your case. Nobody else should remember you were there.”
What medical travel protection costs.
A licensed close protection officer is from EUR 850 per day in Europe, the market base, and from USD 900 per day in the Gulf and the United States, for twelve-hour cover. The security driver with an executive vehicle is quoted separately and is usually the most useful addition on clinic days. Longer stays are quoted as a programme, which costs less per day than a series of short assignments.
Medical flights, air ambulance and the clinic's own services are arranged through partners and passed through at cost. You receive one figure before you commit, with no obligation, and we will tell you when a driver and an officer on call is the honest answer rather than daily cover.
Tell us the city and the dates.
Share the city, the clinic and when you travel. We reply with a plan and a figure, under NDA from the first message, and the officer can be female or male as you choose.

A procedure abroad
Arrival, the pre-operative days, the hours of the operation covered for the family, and the recovery at the hotel or a residence afterwards.
A second opinion nobody knows about
A consultation in another country precisely because nobody at home should know. Booked and moved so that it stays that way.
Weeks or months of therapy
A residence rented near the clinic, a driver and an officer on a rhythm, family coming and going, and one contact throughout.
An older parent treated abroad
A father or mother treated in Switzerland or London while the family is elsewhere, with a capable adult at their side every day. See senior travel protection.
Treatment that would make a story
For those who are recognised, the hotel, the clinic door and the press are the risk. Covered at the level the profile needs.
A female officer throughout
For women travelling alone for treatment, a female officer who reads as a friend, through the clinic and the days after. See female travel protection.
Wherever the treatment is.
Licensed partners in Geneva, Zurich, Munich, London, Paris, Dubai, New York, Miami and Los Angeles, with one contact for the patient and the family throughout. See private travel.
