How We Work

Consultancy, coordination, direct support.

Algoz FZ-LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional consultancy, coordination and direct assistance in concierge, travel, luxury and transport services. All partners and operatives follow strict guidelines: no alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, physical fitness, appropriate dress code, etiquette and respectful conduct.

All services are consultancy, coordination and direct support only; operational execution is carried out via licensed partners where required.

Important Legal Notice — Security & Close Protection

Algoz FZ-LLC is licensed solely as a Services Coordinator, Businessmen Services, Lifestyle Development Consultancy, Destination Management, and Retail Sale of Travel and Entertainment Services by RAKEZ (License 5033995 | TRN 105119056700001). We do not directly provide armed or unarmed security, bodyguard or close-protection services. All operational execution is performed exclusively by licensed third-party partners who hold the necessary local permits (e.g. SIRA in Dubai, PSBD in Abu Dhabi, SIA in the United Kingdom, or equivalent foreign authorities). We provide direct assistance and support in partnership with local regulated providers to deliver the best possible service while complying with local laws. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required approvals from UAE or foreign competent authorities. Armed services require a minimum 30-day lead time for authorisation, which may be refused. All activities comply with UAE laws and RAKEZ regulations.

48-hour plans, evacuation planning, off-grid solutions, stockpiling guidance, medical training and communication setup.

Request & Confirmation

Request via website, email, phone or WhatsApp. Pre-consultation is free; full consultancy is charged and deducted from the final price. Documentation is signed via DocuSign before payment.

Service Delivery

Partner vetting and planning, coordination by Algoz professionals, delivery via licensed partners and continuous monitoring with adjustments.

Responsibilities

Comply with policies, disclose relevant information, no inappropriate conduct, timely payment and obtaining required approvals for security or transport.
