Most private celebrations are planned by one company and protected by another, and the two meet for the first time at the door. That is usually where the discretion goes: a guest list handed to a supplier nobody vetted, a catering crew walking in through the family gate, a photograph of a private dining room on a public account before dessert. Algoz plans the evening and controls the room, because one office holds both jobs and writes them into one plan.
We produce villa and estate parties, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, private dinners, yacht events, family gatherings across borders, and the surprise productions that are harder to keep quiet than to build. You brief one contact, whether you are the principal or the assistant, chief of staff or family office arranging it. Everything behind that contact is coordinated by the same team, under a signed non-disclosure agreement from your first message.

Villa and Estate Parties
A private villa, a historic estate or a house taken for the week becomes a venue with a perimeter, a service route and a guest route that never cross. We contract the property, build a production into rooms never designed for one, and hand it back as we found it. Where the address is itself the secret, it reaches guests on the day and nobody before.
Milestone Celebrations
A fortieth, a sixtieth, a silver anniversary, a graduation, a homecoming. These are the evenings where the guest list is the design brief: who has not seen whom in ten years, who cannot be seated together, who is flying in and needs collecting. We build the celebration around the people rather than around a theme, and keep the logistics out of sight.
Private Dinners
Twelve at a table is harder to get right than two hundred at a party, because nothing hides behind scale. Private chefs, sommeliers and a service team sized to the room, in a residence, a closed restaurant, a cellar, a gallery or a garden. Menus are written to the table, dietary needs handled quietly, and every member of staff vetted and bound before seeing the guest list.
Yacht Events
A charter with the deck laid for the evening, a tender schedule that holds, and a guest list that has to be aboard and ashore at fixed hours. We arrange the vessel, the crew brief, the provisioning and the shore-side arrivals, and treat the water as a venue with its own access problem: a yacht at anchor is visible from every other deck in the bay.
Family Gatherings
Several households, several passports and several schedules converging on one house for a weekend. Flights, ground transport, rooms, childcare, dietary needs and the quiet management of who needs collecting and when. Where the family is well known, the gathering is itself the exposure, so arrivals are staggered, staff briefed once, and the address stays inside the arrangement.
Surprise Productions
A surprise is a security problem with a party attached. It has to be planned in the open by a dozen suppliers and stay unknown to one person who lives alongside several of them. We run a parallel brief: cover stories for the diary, bookings in our name, a separate contact for anyone who must not be told, and a rehearsal for the ten minutes that decide it.

Ask a party planner about security and you are handed a quotation from a guarding company. Ask a guarding company about a party and you are offered bodies at a door. Neither answers the question a private host is actually asking, which is how three hundred guests, forty staff, six suppliers and one family occupy the same house for six hours without a photograph escaping, an uninvited arrival, or a conversation leaving the room.
That answer is a plan, not a headcount, and it has to be written alongside the seating and the service by people who understand both. Ours is agreed with you in advance rather than presented at the gate. The officers who deliver it are licensed close protection professionals in the country you are in, dressed for the evening and briefed on the guest list, and the reason you will not notice them is that the work was finished weeks earlier. Guest Vetting
The list is checked before it is printed. Names are screened at the depth the occasion justifies, plus-ones are resolved rather than assumed, and anyone whose attendance would change the exposure of the evening is raised with you while there is still time to decide. Nothing is refused without your instruction. What does not happen is a name at the gate nobody upstream has seen.
Access Control
One guest route, one service route, and they do not meet. Arrivals are matched to the list by someone holding it rather than by a clipboard at a door, vehicles are staged so nobody queues in public, and staff, suppliers and crew enter elsewhere on their own accreditation. No invited guest is ever asked to prove anything twice.
Phone and Camera Policy
A no-phone room is a decision you make and we enforce politely. Depending on the evening that means signed pouches at the entrance, cameras collected and returned, a photography embargo written into every supplier contract, or nothing at all. What matters is that the policy is set weeks earlier and applied to staff and suppliers more firmly than to guests.
NDA-Bound Staff
Everyone inside the property signs a non-disclosure agreement before being told where it is: chefs, servers, drivers, florists, technicians, protection officers and the agencies supplying them. Reservations and deliveries are made in our name rather than yours, and each supplier is given the fragment of the picture their job requires and nothing more.
Address and Press Discipline
The address is the most valuable line on the invitation. It is released late, to guests only, through a channel we control, and the invitation carries nothing that traces back to a family name. Where a property is overlooked or an evening will attract attention, we assess sightlines, the airspace above the garden and the road outside before the first supplier is booked.
Officers, Sized to the Room
Close protection is delivered by licensed partners in the jurisdiction you are in, to the standard that country requires. A residential detail for one family is not the same problem as a door team for two hundred guests, and each is sized on the facts rather than sold by the head. Armed cover is exceptional, needs a minimum 30-day lead time for authorisation, and may be refused.
Villas, Estates and Houses Taken for the Week
A private house is the reason most of these evenings work. It has walls, a gate, a garden and no other guests, and it lets a celebration run to its own clock instead of a hotel’s. It also arrives without the infrastructure a party needs: power for a kitchen built for a family, a service corridor that does not run through the drawing room, parking for forty cars on a lane built for two, and somewhere for a hundred people to stand when it rains.
We source and contract the property against the guest list rather than the photographs, walk it before anything is signed, and negotiate what actually decides an evening: finishing hours, music limits, supplier access, staff accommodation, damage terms and the owner’s expectations about publicity. Estates in Tuscany, on Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast, in Provence, on Ibiza, in Marbella and across the Greek islands are our usual ground, and the lease runs through villas and property rental so the contract and the event plan are never in two hands.

A yacht solves a problem no villa can: once the guests are aboard and the tender has gone, the list is closed and nobody can join it. That is why sunset gatherings, birthday charters and parties at sea have become a standing request. In exchange it imposes its own discipline. Numbers are fixed by the vessel, catering is planned against a galley you have to see first, weather stays live until the morning, and everyone has to be brought out and taken back at an hour that suits the harbour as much as the party.
We charter the vessel, brief the captain and crew as part of the event team rather than as a supplier, plan tender movements as arrivals in their own right, and arrange the shore side so cars are waiting rather than called. Anchorages off Saint-Tropez, Capri, Mykonos and Ibiza are busy and overlooked in season, so position, timing and deck lighting all belong to the privacy plan. Not every celebration wants a house. A private dining room above a restaurant closed for the evening, a cellar, a courtyard, a gallery after hours, a members’ room, a rooftop with one lift serving it: these are the addresses that make a dinner for twenty feel unrepeatable. They are also the hardest to reach, because most do not take enquiries and the ones that do prefer the person asking to be known to them.
That is relationship work rather than a search, and it is the capability described on our exclusive access page. In practice we ask on your behalf without your name entering the request, confirm the room in writing before anyone is invited, and agree the confidentiality terms with the venue at the same moment as the menu. Nothing on this list is improvised on the night. By the time guests arrive, every decision below has been made, written down and agreed with you.
The Occasion and the People
One conversation, under NDA, about what is being celebrated, roughly how many people, where in the world, and what the evening should feel like. A date and a region are enough to begin. You are told at this stage what is realistic on your timeline, including anything that will not be.
Guest List and Privacy Assessment
We read the guest list as a risk document as well as a seating plan: who is publicly known, who travels with their own team, who attracts press, who must not be photographed. From that we agree the phone policy, the vetting depth, how the address will be released and what the invitation may say.
Shortlist, Site Visit and Contracting
A short list built against the brief rather than a catalogue, each property or room walked in person, and the terms that decide an evening negotiated before signature: hours, music, access, staff, parking, wet-weather cover and publicity. The contract is signed by us or by you, whichever keeps your name further from it.
Production, Menu and Talent
Design, build, lighting, sound, florals, menu and service, plus any talent the evening calls for. Every supplier is contracted through us, bound by NDA and briefed only on their own part. You approve one plan and one budget rather than fielding a dozen separate conversations.
Movement and Protective Detail
Arrival windows, vehicle staging, guest and service routes, the accreditation scheme, the door team, the residential detail and the medical position. Guests travelling in are met and moved under the same plan, with transfers and, where wanted, close protection for individual families.
Delivery and the Quiet Exit
A production manager runs the room and a protection lead runs the perimeter, both reporting to the contact you already know. Departures are staged so the last hour is not a scrum at a gate. Afterwards the property is restored, suppliers are settled, and any imagery is released only on your instruction.
There is no package price, and any published one would be fiction.
A private event is quoted to the brief, because the same guest count produces wildly different evenings. What moves the figure is set out before you commit: the number of guests and the staff they need, the venue and whether it comes with a kitchen and infrastructure or with none, the season and the date, how much has to be built into an empty room, the menu and service standard, the talent, the number of days the property is held, guest travel and accommodation, and how much protection the guest list justifies. Notice matters too, because a summer weekend on the Mediterranean is contracted months ahead.
One figure we can publish honestly is the protective one, because it is the same rate everywhere on this site. A security-trained driver is a close protection officer at the wheel, and he is priced as an officer: from EUR 850 per day, the market base for a single officer on twelve-hour cover, with the final rate shaped by profile, itinerary and season. Everything else, from the venue to the florals, is quoted to the brief and confirmed in writing before anything is booked. At least seven days, and earlier is better. We will always look at shorter notice, but anything under 48 hours is an urgency case: additional fees, and never a guarantee.
