The event is the easy part. The arrival and the exit are not.

Every big date comes with a perimeter: roads closed around the stadium on match nights, avenues shut to traffic on New Year’s Eve, a whole city of show venues during Fashion Week. Taxis vanish, ride-hailing surges, and the person who planned the evening ends up queueing in the cold.

Each event below carries a transport offer built for it: where the car can stop, where it waits, and how you leave before the crowd. Dates are checked against the organisers; league fixtures can still move for television, so we confirm them again when you book.

We ask for at least seven days. Event weeks fill earlier than that, so the best vehicles and drivers go to the clients who book with the hotel. Under 48 hours is an urgency case, with an urgency fee and no guarantee.

At disposal

One driver, the whole day

The same driver from the hotel to the venue, through the waiting time and back, so the car is where you left it when the event ends.

Protection

A security driver when you need one

For principals with a profile, the driver is a licensed close protection officer and the route is planned with alternates. It is priced as close protection, from EUR 850 per day.

Arrival

From the aircraft to the event

Airport meet and greet, the hotel, the event and the dinner after it on one booking, with one coordinator who knows the whole programme.

Event Transport: Frequently Asked Questions

How far ahead should I book transport for an event?

We ask for at least seven days, and more for the big weeks: Fashion Week, Roland-Garros, the Champions League nights and New Year's Eve fill early because every visitor wants the same hour and the same class of car. Under 48 hours is possible as an urgency case, with an urgency fee and no guarantee.

What does event transport cost?

It is quoted in writing per day or per transfer, from the venue, the hours and the vehicle class, with no obligation. A security driver is priced as close protection, from EUR 850 per day, because the driver is a licensed close protection officer.

Can the driver wait during the event?

Yes. Event bookings are usually at disposal: the driver takes you in, holds the car at a position agreed in advance outside the perimeter, and is ready when you leave, including for matches that go to extra time and evenings that run late.

Do you arrange tickets and hospitality as well?

Our concierge can look for tickets and hospitality where they are still available, through the channels the organisers allow. We never promise access we cannot confirm in writing.

What happens if the date of a match changes?

League fixtures can move for television, sometimes a few weeks before the match. We follow the official fixture list and adjust the booking with you; the dates on this page are checked against the organisers and confirmed again when you book.

Can a protection officer come to the event with me?

Yes. A licensed close protection officer can travel with you into the venue, through the crowd and back to the car, planned with the venue's own security where they allow it.
