A personal shopper with the access to match: boutiques opened outside public hours, first sight of new collections, and introductions to the maisons and ateliers that reserve their finest pieces for known clients. Whether it is a single acquisition, a full wardrobe or a hard-to-source gift, your shopper advises, negotiates discreetly and arranges secure delivery anywhere in the world. The boutique invoices you for the goods; our fee is a separate line.

For a principal who lives with security, the route and the reservation are one decision. When a brief carries protection, a vetted close protection officer, locally licensed wherever the country licenses the work, joins the same plan: from EUR 950 per officer per standard 12-hour day in Europe, GBP 850 in the United Kingdom, CHF 1,000 in Switzerland, USD 850 in the United States and AED 2,800 in the UAE. A security driver and vehicle are quoted as their own line.
Armed cover follows the law of each country. It is standard and included in the rate in the United States and Brazil, and not available in the United Kingdom or Japan. Italy issues no bodyguard licence, so officers there are vetted and unarmed as a rule. Elsewhere armed cover is arranged only on request, with at least 30 days’ notice, and it may be refused; in the UAE it depends on the local permits for the specific assignment and is never promised. How much does a luxury concierge service cost?
Algoz publishes its membership instead of disclosing it on application. Client Access is free, on application: the Algoz app, the catalogue and the ability to request any service at standard rates. The annual tiers are Guild at EUR 6,000 a year, Elite at EUR 18,000, Shield Society at EUR 36,000 and Nobility at EUR 63,000 a year, each with a larger discount on standard service rates and, from Elite upward, a dedicated personal agent. Private offices and companies have their own plans: EUR 3,600 a year for a private office, and from EUR 2,400 a year for a company, or arranged to fit the business.
Membership is an advantage, never a requirement: briefs outside it are quoted per engagement, in writing, with one figure per line confirmed before you pay. Give us at least seven days; shorter notice is looked at case by case, and anything under 48 hours is an urgency case with additional fees and no guarantee.
