Travel freely. Protected and accompanied.
More women travel alone than ever. Fewer want to do it alone.
Solo female travel has grown faster than any other segment of private travel. The question it raises is rarely fear. It is the quieter one: who handles the arrival, who knows the city, who is there at dinner when you would rather not sit alone, and who is capable if an evening turns.
Algoz places one professional who covers all of it. Tell us where you are going and what you want the trip to feel like. Send the dates and the destination.
- You choose a female or a male professional, always
- Protection, company and logistics in one person, or one small team
- NDA from the first message, no name shared with a supplier
- Licensed officers, local knowledge, soft skills that match the room
- From an evening out to a multi-country programme
- If we cannot deliver to our standard somewhere, we say so
Two clear options, and the choice is yours.
A female professional
Many women want another woman beside them: in the fitting room, at the spa, in a hotel suite, on a long drive, in a country where a male companion would be read as something else. Female close protection officers and female companions are a standing part of our network rather than an exception we scramble for.
A male professional
Other clients prefer a male officer, often for the deterrence a visible male presence carries in certain places, or simply because it fits the setting. That is an equally normal brief and we treat it as a preference, never as a compromise.
A mixed detail
On longer programmes the sensible answer is often both: a female companion who is with you through the day and a male officer who handles arrivals, driving and the perimeter. One brief, one contact, two capabilities.
Protection, company, or both.
Close protection
A licensed officer trained to read a room, plan a route and remove you from a situation before it becomes one. The full discipline sits on our close protection page.
Travel companion and personal assistant
Someone who speaks the language, holds the schedule, books the table, deals with the hotel and is good company at dinner. See executive and personal assistants.
Protection with concierge
The combination most clients choose: the person beside you is also the person who gets you into the restaurant, the gallery and the clinic. See executive concierge.
Airport, driver and transfers
Met airside where permitted, luggage handled, a security-trained driver rather than a car application. See executive transportation.
Advance work before you land
Hotel floor and room position, the entrances that work, which districts change after dark, and the medical option nobody wants to look up at midnight.
Image and information control
Who knows the itinerary, what gets posted and when, and how a photograph is prevented rather than regretted. See secrecy in a digital era.
More Than Safety
Our agents, female or male, are experienced and cultured professionals with strong soft skills. They provide discreet company, handle the logistics, bring local knowledge, and make the trip smoother rather than only safer. The difference shows in the ordinary hours: the museum that is worth the detour, the dinner conversation that is genuinely good, the quiet instruction to a driver that saves forty minutes. Protection that is only protection is a long week for everybody.
See private travelAlways There, Never In The Way
Accompaniment is a judgement, not a formation. At a souk or a market the officer is close. At a lunch with friends they are at another table. In a hotel they know the floor, the stairwell and the night manager. In a conservative country they understand how a woman travelling alone is read and position themselves so that the reading is settled before it becomes a conversation. You should be able to forget they are working.
See destination managementLeave No Traces
Nobody at the hotel needs to know what your companion does. No uniform, no earpiece theatre, no entourage in a lobby. Bookings carry the name you choose, suppliers are told what they need and nothing more, and every officer, driver and assistant is bound by NDA before a dateline or an address is shared. Discretion is the product, and it is the part that cannot be bought back once lost.

The brief, under NDA
Destination, dates, what the days look like, and what you want from the person beside you. Say if you prefer a woman or a man, and say if you do not mind.
Preference matching
We match on profile, language, temperament and setting, not on who is free. You see the shortlist, with background and languages, before anybody is booked.
Scope and rate
Hours, days, travel, accommodation and any driver or second officer in one figure, with no obligation. Nothing is confirmed until you are satisfied with the person.
Advance work
Hotel, routes, venues and the local picture are prepared before you land, and the officer arrives already knowing the ground.
Discreet deployment
They meet you where you prefer, dress for the setting, and work at the distance that suits the hour. The programme adapts when you change your mind, which you are allowed to do.
After
A quiet close: nothing retained that should not be, and the same officer available next time if you want continuity.
“The point is not that you are guarded. It is that the trip is yours again.”
What it costs, honestly.
Professional close protection is from EUR 850 per day, the market base, for a single officer on twelve-hour cover, and from USD 900 per day outside Europe. A companion or personal assistant without a protective remit is quoted differently, and a combined brief is usually better value than buying the two separately.
The figure moves with the country, the length of the programme, the languages required and whether travel and accommodation for the officer are included. We quote to the brief and we do not publish a menu for work we have not scoped. Further reading: what a bodyguard costs, our pricing guide and female close protection officers.

Travelling for work, alone
Conferences, site visits and negotiations in cities where arriving alone at night is the weak point of the itinerary. See high-profile protection.
A first trip to a new region
The Gulf, North Africa, Latin America or South Asia, where the question is less about danger than about reading the place correctly.
Being recognised
For those who are photographed, the companion and the protection are the same decision. See celebrity close protection.
Mothers travelling with children
A second capable adult who can hold a child while you handle a border, and who is trained for the part nobody plans for.
Treatment and recovery abroad
Clinic appointments, a driver who waits, and a companion for the days afterwards when being alone is the hardest part.
Relocation and property viewings
Viewings with a stranger, in an empty building, in an unfamiliar city. See real estate management.
One brief, the whole arrangement.
We place female and male officers across Europe, the Gulf, the Americas, Africa and Asia: Dubai, London, Paris, Milan, New York, Miami, Moscow, Cairo, Marrakech, Rio de Janeiro and beyond. The same office arranges private travel, villas, private aviation and yachts, so protection and the trip are planned as one thing rather than two.
