How much notice we need
At least seven days for an ordinary programme. The season is the real constraint: New Year, the Grand Prix weekend, Dubai World Cup and the peak winter weeks are committed months ahead, and December in Dubai is not a month where money creates supply.
Can you get any table in Dubai?
No, and the honest version matters here more than most places. Dubai has a large, fast-moving venue scene where the room that mattered last season may not this one. What we have is standing relationships and enough notice to use them, plus the judgement to tell you when a place is past it.

Dubai is a driving city and almost nothing about a good day here works without the car being right. Distances look short and behave long, the difference between arriving at a hotel entrance and being dropped at a service road matters, and valet at the busy venues on a Friday night can add twenty minutes at both ends of an evening. A chauffeur who knows the specific building entrance rather than the address is the single most underrated arrangement a visitor can make.
We arrange chauffeured saloons, Mercedes S-Class and V-Class for families and groups, and prestige vehicles where the occasion calls for one. Drivers are vetted, insured, English speaking as standard and Arabic or Russian on request, and they are briefed on the actual entrances, the valet arrangement and where they can legitimately wait. Tables, beach clubs and the night
Dubai turns over its venues faster than almost any city in the world, and that is the actual problem a concierge solves here. The restaurant that everyone wanted eighteen months ago may now be quiet, the new opening may be worth the noise or may not, and a booking platform cannot tell you the difference. Table position matters as much as the room: at the beach clubs the cabana line and the daybed row are different experiences at different prices, and at the rooftops the difference between two tables is the whole view.
We book against the evening you want rather than the name you read: where you sit, how the room is arranged, whether it works for a family or a group of eight, what the door is like at that hour, and how you leave. Where a place is genuinely full, or genuinely not worth it any more, we say so and send you where we would send our own client.
Private aviation, DXB and the terminals
Dubai is one of the easiest places in the world to arrive well and one of the easiest to arrive badly. DXB is enormous and the walk from a far gate to immigration is real, particularly with children or at the end of a long flight. Al Maktoum handles most private movements, and there are dedicated VIP terminal arrangements at DXB worth using at peak hours. Which of those is right depends entirely on your flight, your timing and who is meeting you.
We arrange private aviation, VIP terminal and fast-track, meet-and-greet from the aircraft door, and the handover to the car so the arrival is one continuous movement rather than three separate bookings. For departures the same applies in reverse, which is the half people forget until they are queuing. Helicopter transfers and seaplane arrangements are handled as part of the same file.
The season: Grand Prix, World Cup, Art Dubai and New Year
Dubai runs on a calendar and it is worth knowing before you book anything. The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend, Dubai World Cup at Meydan, Art Dubai, the shopping festival and the two weeks around New Year each reprice the city and consume the supply. On New Year specifically, hotel minimum stays appear, the restaurants with a view of the Burj Khalifa fireworks are committed by autumn, and the roads around Downtown close in a way no application predicts.
We plan these as operations rather than bookings: hospitality and paddock access arranged early, arrival and departure sequenced against the road closures, a car positioned where it can actually leave from, and a decision made in advance about when the evening ends. If a particular package is poor value in a given year, we will tell you rather than sell it.
Concierge, lifestyle management or booking agency in Dubai?
The words are used loosely and they describe different businesses. A booking agency takes a commission from the venue, which means the recommendation is not free of interest even when the service is good. Lifestyle management is an ongoing relationship rather than a trip: the same person handling the residence, the cars, the school run and the travel across a year. A luxury concierge sits between the two and works for the client, with third-party costs passed through and the fee shown separately so you can see where the incentive lies.
