How do you become a client of Algoz?
You apply for Client Access, and it is free. A short application with an identity check, a personal invitation once it is approved, and the Algoz app is in your hand: the whole catalogue, every request and its quote, and the follow-up of each trip in one place.
Client Access carries no fee and no commitment. Services are quoted at standard rates, one request at a time. If you later want preferential rates, priority and a dedicated agent, Algoz membership sets out the tiers, their published prices and what each one carries, and clients are welcome to remain simply clients.
From application to the app.
Apply
Fill in the application and choose Client Access. It takes a few minutes and asks only what a security house needs to know.
Identity check
A short check of who you are: date of birth, nationality and home address, with a declaration that the details are true. Every application is reviewed personally.
Personal invitation
Once approved, you receive an invitation by email, tied to your address, to create your own account.
The app in your hand
Sign in on iPhone, Android or the web, take the short tour and send your first request.
What Client Access gives you
The app is where your requests, their quotes and your trips sit together. You browse the whole catalogue, ask for anything in it, and follow each confirmed trip with its team, schedule and documents. Your travel documents can be kept in My documents, encrypted, with reminders before they expire.
Requests are quoted at standard rates, in writing, before anything is confirmed. Allow at least seven days, and earlier is better. We will always look at shorter notice, but anything under 48 hours is an urgency case: additional fees, and never a guarantee.

Which one you actually need.
Most people arriving here are asking whether they can use a luxury concierge without paying for a membership. They can, and for occasional requests they should. The comparison below is the honest version: what free Client Access gives you, and what an annual membership adds on top of it.

Membership prices are published in full, from free Client Access to the highest annual tier, on the membership page. Neither route locks you in: every request is quoted in writing before anything is confirmed.

What counts as a service.
A single day matters as much as a season, and nothing has to be large to count. These are the requests that most often bring a first-time client through the door.
Close protection
An officer for a day, a detail for a week, a discreet presence at an event. Coordinated by Algoz and delivered by licensed local partners in each country. See close protection.
Secure transport
Chauffeured or armoured vehicles, airport handling and routes planned by people who think about more than the traffic. See executive transportation.

An event
A private celebration, a wedding abroad, a brand activation with guests whose names never appear anywhere. Guest privacy is designed in from the first conversation.

Requests placed by an assistant
Assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices hold the relationship for many of our principals. The relationship follows the principal, and the standard does not change.
Trying the house before joining anything
Most of the well-known concierge houses require you to apply, and often to be approved, before you learn what the service costs or how it feels to use. We think that is the wrong way round. A single engagement tells you more than any brochure: how the brief was taken, whether the person who answered understood what you did not say, whether the car was where it was promised and the officer invisible until needed.
So take one thing you actually need, give it to us, and judge from that. Every brief is quoted individually after a short consultation, with a written proposal and a final figure before anything is confirmed. If the answer is that a membership would serve you better, we will say so, and if it would not, we will say that too.
