Shows the locations where Algoz has partners and offices across our network, ready at all times — a live picture of our presence. And wherever a pin does or does not appear, we cover any territory, anywhere: if you are travelling somewhere off the map, we arrange it just the same.
Around Me
Shows the finest places around you — restaurants, hotels, venues and more — curated rather than crowdsourced, and filtered by category. The places carrying our signature quality seal appear as a starred pin: our mark on the addresses we know personally and stand behind. Tap a pin for details, or share your location for assistance.

Enquiries holds three tabs — Request a Service, Calendar and Access. To make a request you choose a service group, pick the service, add a location, optional dates and times, and any details, then submit.

Request a Service
A request in a few taps.
Choose a group, pick the service, add a location and — if you wish — start and end dates and times, then describe the rest: flight number, guests, hotel, special requirements. Submit, and it is with your agent.
The Calendar
Every request, tracked from ask to done.
Once submitted, a request appears on your calendar, in Month or List view, and moves through clear stages as our team carries it forward:
Pending Scheduled Ongoing Completed
A request starts Pending, becomes Scheduled once approved, shows Ongoing while it is happening, and settles as Completed. You can also share any event to your own Google, Microsoft Outlook or Apple calendar.
Access
Tickets and entries, in your pocket.
The Access tab holds your tickets and entries — for events, concerts and the occasions we open up for members. When something is secured for you, it appears here, ready when you are.
My Agents
Your people, one tap away.
My Agents lists the agents assigned to you for direct contact — reachable by WhatsApp, phone, email, Telegram or a secure channel. At its heart is 24/7 Concierge Chat, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and translated automatically, where you make requests, ask questions and send voice notes in your own language.

At the foot of the screen, VIP-tier members have Slide to request urgent assistance — a priority alert to the Algoz duty team with your current location, for when you need help quickly.

Security & Privacy
Built private, from the ground up.
Discretion is not a feature we added; it is how the app is made. Sign-in and passwords are managed through Google Firebase Authentication, with optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) and a biometric app lock (Face ID or fingerprint) on your device. Your Concierge Chat is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, your data is protected in transit and at rest, and everything within your membership is held under strict confidentiality and NDA. What happens in your Algoz world stays there.
