Senior Travel Protection
Someone capable, for the parent who insists on travelling.
A mother who wants to see her grandchildren in London, a father who still flies to Geneva for his appointments, parents who will go on the pilgrimage this year whatever anyone says, a widow who will not give up her summer in Marbella. They are not patients and they do not want a nurse. What they need, and what the family at home needs, is a capable adult who travels with them: who handles the airport, the luggage, the forms and the stairs, who notices when something is wrong, who knows the city and the clinic if it comes to that, and who sends the family a message every evening.
Algoz places one licensed close protection officer, female or male as the family prefers, who meets your parent at their door and does not leave their side until they are back at it. Not a carer, not a guard: a well-mannered professional who reads as a family friend and is trained for the moment nobody plans for. Tell us where they are going.
- One licensed officer, female or male, from door to door
- Same flight, same cabin, same hotel, adjacent room
- Airports handled: assistance, wheelchairs, fast track, the forms
- A daily message to the family at home, or a call if they prefer
- Medication reminders and clinic days handled, never medical care
- If the journey needs a nurse rather than an officer, we say so
The journey, the stay, or both.
The journey only
Door to door: the officer collects your parent at home, handles the airport at both ends, sits beside them on the flight and delivers them to the family, the hotel or the residence. Then returns, or waits for the journey back.
Journey and stay
Format A plus the time away: the hotel or the residence, the appointments, the shopping, the restaurant in the evening, the visit to the grandchildren, and a message home each night. The officer is present as much or as little as your parent wants.
A season
For the summer in Marbella, the winter in Dubai or the weeks of a treatment: an officer on a rhythm, a driver, the residence reviewed, and a plan for the clinic if it is ever needed. Quoted as a programme.
Everything around the journey, done properly.
Assistance, done with dignity
Fast track, wheelchair or buggy where it is wanted, the luggage, the forms, the passport queue, the long walk to the gate. Handled, not fussed over.
The same cabin
The officer sits beside your parent, not in another class, and handles the connection, the delay and the moment they feel unwell at altitude.
A car, a room, a plan
A vehicle at the kerb, a hotel that has been told what matters, an adjacent room, and the first evening without a single decision to make.
Clinics, pharmacies and reminders
Medication reminders, the clinic chosen in advance, the pharmacy that is open, and a plan for the night it matters. We are not a medical provider; we make sure the medical provider is reached.
A word every evening
A message or a call to the family at home every day, in English, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese or Spanish: where they are, how they are, what tomorrow looks like.
A friend, not a minder
Well-mannered, well-dressed, patient and interesting at dinner. Your parent chooses what the officer is introduced as, and the officer never takes over.
Visiting children and grandchildren abroad
The most common journey: a parent in Riyadh, Moscow, São Paulo or Lagos flying to see a daughter in London, a son in Geneva, grandchildren in New York. The family at the far end cannot always meet the flight, and the parent will not admit the airport has become hard. The officer collects them at home, flies with them, delivers them to the family and, if wanted, stays in the city for the visit. See private travel.
Private travelPilgrimage, weddings and family occasions
Umrah and Hajj with an older parent, a wedding in another country, a funeral that cannot be missed. These are journeys with crowds, heat, long days and emotion, and they are the ones where a capable, patient adult beside your parent matters most. Officers are licensed where the journey happens, Arabic-speaking where it should be, and female where the family prefers. See Jeddah and Riyadh.
Protection in JeddahAppointments, treatment and the season away
A father who still goes to his specialist in Geneva, a mother spending the winter in Dubai, parents taking the waters in Germany. The officer handles the journey, the appointments and the days between, with a driver and a residence that has been looked at. Where the stay is medical, it is planned with the same discretion as any treatment abroad. See medical travel protection.
Medical travel protectionBrief, officer, door to door.
The brief, under NDA
Who is travelling, where, when, how they are, what they need and what they would hate. Held under NDA before a name is shared.
Officer matching
Female or male, the language your parent is comfortable in, the temperament that suits them. The family sees the profile first, and the parent meets the officer before the journey where possible.
The plan
Flights, assistance, cars, hotel, the clinic if ever needed, the daily message, and what happens if something changes. Written down for the family.
Door to door
Collected at home, the airport handled, the same cabin, the arrival managed, delivered to the family or the room.
The stay
Present as much or as little as your parent wants: appointments, outings, dinner, the grandchildren, the evening message home.
The return
The journey home with the same care, and a final word to the family when the front door closes behind them.
“She will tell you she does not need anyone. She will also tell you, afterwards, how nice he was at dinner.”
What senior travel protection costs.
A licensed close protection officer is from EUR 850 per day in Europe, the market base, and from USD 900 per day elsewhere, for twelve-hour cover, plus the officer's travel at cost: the same cabin as your parent and an adjacent room. A journey-only assignment is quoted as the days of travel; a stay is quoted against the rhythm you want; a season is quoted as a programme and costs less per day.
Airport assistance, drivers and any clinic arrangements are passed through at cost. You receive one figure before you commit, with no obligation, and we will tell you honestly when the journey needs a nurse rather than an officer.
Tell us where they are going.
Share who is travelling, where and when. We reply with a plan for your parent and a figure for the family, under NDA from the first message, and the officer can be female or male as you choose.

A flight they should not take alone
Collected at home, the airport handled, the same cabin, delivered to the family at the far end. The journey that worries everyone, done once properly.
A female officer for a mother
For families who prefer it, a female officer who reads as a younger friend, through the flight, the hotel and the days away. See female travel protection.
Umrah and Hajj with a parent
Crowds, heat and long days with a capable, patient adult beside them, licensed in the Kingdom and Arabic-speaking.
The appointment abroad
The specialist in Geneva, London or Munich: the journey, the appointment and the days between, handled with discretion.
The summer or winter away
Marbella, Dubai, the Alps: an officer on a rhythm, a driver, a residence looked at, and the family at home informed.
Weddings and funerals abroad
The journeys that cannot be missed and cannot be made alone, with the emotion and the crowd handled around them.
