How Much Does a Luxury Concierge Cost?
The industry hides its pricing. We publish ours.
Search “how much does a luxury concierge cost” and you will find a wall of application forms, interview processes and “pricing on request”. The great concierge houses treat their fees as a secret to be revealed only once you are already halfway through the door. Algoz takes the opposite view: a client who can compare openly chooses better, and a house confident in its value has no reason to hide the number.
This page sets out our published membership pricing from the entry plan to the highest tier, explains how individual engagements are quoted, shows what the protection element costs when a brief carries one, and answers plainly what the famous clubs will not: what this actually costs.
What an Algoz membership costs.
€95/month
The entry point to the Algoz world. App access, the ability to browse and request services, paid monthly with no annual commitment. The right way in for a first engagement.
€6,000/year
Essential access to the Algoz network: Concierge Chat, priority over non-members and close protection on demand. For those who want reliable access without the full apparatus.
€18,000/year
Everything in Guild plus a dedicated personal agent and priority concierge response. For frequent travellers who want one person who already knows their standards.
€36,000/year
Security-led membership: an urgent agent on call, VIP event coordination and luxury lifestyle management. For high-profile principals who need security woven into every step.
€63,000/year
The highest tier: crisis protocol, evacuation planning and a service shaped entirely around one principal. Fully bespoke, absolute discretion.
Two plans
The Personal Assistant plan at €3,600/year, for the assistant or private office curating every detail for a principal; and the Business plan at €2,400/year, for companies serving demanding clients.
All annual memberships are subject to availability and approval, billed annually. Each tier carries a rising discount on standard service rates, and the full benefit lists are on the Membership page. Which model suits you follows from frequency: occasional requests fit Client Access or a per-engagement brief; regular travel fits Guild or Elite; a security-led life fits Shield Society or Nobility.
What a Single Engagement Costs
Outside membership, every brief is quoted individually after a short consultation: a villa week in the Balearics, a fashion-week itinerary, a table that officially does not exist. We publish no per-request figures for one honest reason - no two briefs are alike, and any single number would mislead in both directions. What you receive instead is a written proposal with a clear final figure before anything is confirmed. Standard requests are answered within 48 hours, priority requests within 24.
Request a proposalWhen Protection Is Part of the Brief
Much of our concierge work carries a security element, and that part of the price is not a mystery either. A qualified close protection officer starts from €850 per day - the market base for a licensed, trained and operationally experienced professional. Armed details and multi-officer teams sit above the base and are quoted to the brief, and armed work requires a minimum 30-day lead time for authorisation. The full picture, country by country, is in our protection pricing guide.
How much does a bodyguard cost? How the Big-Name Clubs Price
Quintessentially, Knightsbridge Circle, John Paul, Ten Lifestyle: the great membership houses are impressive businesses, and for the right client sometimes the right answer. None of them publishes its pricing - fees are disclosed on application, sometimes only after an interview. That is a commercial choice, not an accident, and it means you cannot compare before committing. Our full, honest comparison - including where those houses are the better answer - is written down for you to read.
How Algoz ComparesWhat drives concierge cost up.
The Calendar
August in Sardinia, New Year in Courchevel, Grand Prix week in Monaco. When the whole world wants the same ten days, everything underneath the request costs more.
Scarcity of the Door
A table that can be booked is priced like a table. A table that requires a relationship is priced like the relationship. The rarer the door, the more it costs to open.
Headcount
Twelve guests are not four. Every additional guest multiplies transport, staffing, reservations and the coordination that keeps all of it invisible.
Multi-City Movements
Each added city brings local providers, logistics and a handover that must be seamless. One city is an arrangement; four cities are an operation.
Compression
Impossible-by-Friday is our specialty, but compression has a price: options narrow and premiums appear as the calendar shortens. Early briefs buy better terms.
Protection Element
When the brief carries protection, qualified officers join from the €850-per-day market base. Armed cover and teams sit above the base, quoted to the brief.
What Algoz Group Delivers
One senior team that handles access, reservations, transport and security together for HNWI and UHNWI clients worldwide - briefed once, accountable for everything. The same people who book the table have vetted the route to it. Published pricing, written proposals, a dedicated agent at the higher tiers, and cryptocurrency accepted for complete financial discretion. Assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices hold the relationship for many of our principals; the standard does not change.
Executive Concierge serviceA written proposal, no obligation.
Tell us what you need arranged - directly, or on a principal’s behalf. Standard requests are answered within 48 hours, priority requests within 24, and all communication is treated with complete confidentiality from the first message.
