Four centuries of coral-stone ramparts, and inside them the most social city on the Caribbean. The Andean capital works at height in every sense: government and banking by day, one of Latin America’s serious dining scenes by night. We run the business visit end to end - meet-and-greet at El Dorado, armoured movement between the northern business districts, suites at the Four Seasons Casa Medina, tables at Leo and Harry Sasson, and the Museo del Oro, La Candelaria and Monserrate arranged into a private half day when the meetings end. Medellín earned its second reputation the hard way, and wears it lightly: a valley of year-round spring weather, founders and conferences, and August’s Feria de las Flores, when the silleteros carry the mountains’ flowers through the city. We base guests in El Poblado’s hotels and penthouses, run secure cars down from José María Córdova, arrange El Cielo’s tasting menu and a private telling of the Comuna 13 transformation, and send weekends to Guatapé’s lake, El Peñol’s granite stair or the fincas of Llanogrande.
