Our own teams are Level 3 close-protection qualified, seasoned professionals and army veterans. We look for companies and officers who meet that standard, know their city, and understand that the best protection is the one nobody notices.

Officers upload a CV and a photo, both required, with their licences; companies add their licence, insurance and team. The application is in English, Algoz's working language, because our members, clients and briefs are international.

Clean Record
A clear criminal record, verifiable references, and no drugs or alcohol in or before service.
Trained and Current
A close protection qualification, first aid or first-responder certification, and protective driving where the role needs it.
Proper Insurance
Liability and professional cover for companies; officers covered for the work they take on.
English Plus One
Fluent English for briefs and reports, and at least one other language.
NDA as Standard
No names, no photographs, no posts. Discretion is the job.
