Dubai Restaurant Reservations, Beach Clubs and Nightlife, Booked by a Specialist
Why reservations are the part of a Dubai trip that cannot be done on arrival.
The restaurants that make a Dubai trip are small and fast. The Michelin rooms have fifteen to forty seats and release their tables on their own calendars; the rooftops in Dubai Marina and Downtown fill for the sunset weeks ahead; the beach clubs on the Palm run a cabana list and a dress code and will not seat a family of seven at noon without a booking; the bars in DIFC are full by seven on a Thursday; the nightlife opens at midnight and the table that matters was sold on Monday. And the room everyone wanted eighteen months ago may be empty tonight, because Dubai turns over its venues faster than almost any city in the world. A visitor who books on arrival eats where the city ate two seasons ago. A visitor who asks a friend who lives here eats where it eats now.
That friend is our reservations specialist, whose whole job is restaurants, bars, beach clubs and the night. The hard tables are asked for the moment the dates are known and confirmed twice, a second option is held in case the first falls, the cabana is booked for the right hour of sun, the bar knows the name before the party arrives, the nightlife is one booking rather than four, and when the famous room has gone quiet we say so and send you where the city actually eats this season. In your language: English, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, French or Italian. Booked by the same desk that holds your driver, your yacht and the rest of the stay, so the car is at the door and the way home is arranged. Send the dates and the party; the tables come back within a day.

What visitors ask about reservations in Dubai.
Can you get a table anywhere in Dubai?
No, and the honest version matters. The hardest rooms have fifteen to forty seats and some release only weeks ahead; a few are full for a season. What we have is standing relationships, a specialist who does nothing else, enough notice to use both, and the judgement to say when the famous room is past it and where the city actually eats now. Ask early and most things can be had.
Where does Dubai actually eat this season?
It moves, which is the point of asking someone who lives here. The Michelin rooms on the Palm, in Jumeirah and in DIFC; the rooftops in the Marina and Downtown for the sunset; the Emirati and Levantine kitchens the residents go to; the beach clubs on the Palm and at Bluewaters for the day; the bars in DIFC after work; the lounges and clubs that open at midnight. The plan names them for your dates, not for last year.
How do beach clubs work in Dubai?
A day pass or a minimum spend, a cabana or a daybed list, a dress code, and a rhythm: the sun is at the Palm in the morning and at Bluewaters in the afternoon, the music starts after lunch, and the family hour and the party hour are not the same hour. We book the right club for the party, the cabana for the right hour of sun, and explain the minimum spend before you arrive.
Can you book nightlife and VIP tables?
Yes. The lounges and clubs in DIFC, Downtown, the Marina and on the Palm run table bookings with minimum spends, guest lists and a dress code, and the table that matters is sold early. We book the evening as one: dinner, the bar, the club table, the name at the door, and the car waiting when it ends. For a known name, the entrance and the table are chosen for discretion.
What does it cost?
The restaurants, the clubs and the beach clubs charge what they charge, passed through at cost with any minimum spend explained in advance. Our fee is shown separately and quoted to the stay, or covered by Client Access membership from EUR 95 per month for anyone who comes to Dubai more than once a year. Nothing is folded into a marked-up package.
What should a visitor know before dinner in Dubai?
Alcohol is served in licensed venues, which means hotels, their restaurants, bars and clubs, never in public. Smart casual is the floor in the good rooms and some enforce it. During Ramadan, expected from early February to early March in 2027, hours change and the city eats late and beautifully. Tipping is customary and not obligatory. We explain the rest once, gently, on the first day.

The right club for the party, the cabana or daybed for the right hour of sun, the dress code and the minimum spend explained before you arrive.

The evening booked as one: dinner, the bar in DIFC, the club table with the name at the door, and the car waiting when it ends.
Birthdays, Proposals, Brunch

Where Residents Eat
The Emirati, Levantine, Indian and Persian kitchens the city actually goes to, for the evening you do not want a room full of visitors.
The Rest of the Stay
The driver at the door, the yacht the next day, the chef at the villa, the dive in the morning, planned by the same desk. Our concierge in Dubai.
The hard tables: how Dubai's best rooms are actually booked
Since the Michelin Guide arrived in 2022, Dubai's hardest tables have been its smallest: rooftop rooms on the Palm with fifteen seats, chef's counters with twenty, dining rooms in Jumeirah and DIFC where everyone wants the same Thursday at eight. Each releases its calendar on its own schedule, some weeks ahead and some months, some only through a booking platform at a fixed hour, and the tables that matter are gone within minutes of release. Our specialist knows the calendars, asks for the dates the moment we have them, confirms twice, holds a second option, and tells you honestly when the room you read about has changed chef or lost its edge. For a visitor, that is the difference between eating at the restaurant of the season and reading about it.
Plan the whole Dubai tripBeach clubs: the Palm, Bluewaters and the cabana at the right hour
A Dubai beach club is a restaurant, a pool, a beach and a party in one, and the visitor who turns up at noon with a family of seven learns the rules at the gate. Each club has a day pass or a minimum spend, a cabana and daybed list that sells out on weekends, a dress code, and a rhythm: the sun on the Palm is kind in the morning and the music starts after lunch; Bluewaters and JBR face the afternoon light; the family hour and the party hour are not the same hour, and some clubs are for one and not the other. We book the right club for the party, the cabana for the hour of sun you want, explain the minimum spend before you arrive, and send the car at the hour you said rather than the hour the party ends.
Private guide and driver in DubaiThe night: DIFC after work, the rooftops, the tables that open at midnight
Dubai's night has its own geography. DIFC fills after work with the bars and restaurants around the Gate; Downtown and the Marina hold the rooftops for the sunset; the Palm and the hotels hold the lounges and clubs that open at midnight and run until the small hours, with table bookings, minimum spends, guest lists and a dress code enforced at the door. The table that matters is sold early and the queue at the rope is not where a visitor should be. We book the evening as one: the dinner, the bar, the club table, the name at the door, and the driver waiting when it ends, in a city where the taxi line at two in the morning is the part nobody remembers fondly. For a known name, the entrance and the table are chosen for discretion.
Close protection in DubaiBrunch, iftar and the occasion dinners
Some Dubai meals are institutions. The Friday and Saturday brunch is a four-hour affair in the hotels, booked weeks ahead in the season and chosen for the party, from the family brunch with a pool to the one that becomes the night. During Ramadan, expected from early February to early March in 2027, the iftar tables at sunset and the suhoor tents late at night are the best way to see the city at its most beautiful, and the good ones are booked. A birthday for twelve wants a private room, a proposal wants the table with the view and a chef who knows what to do with a sunset, an anniversary wants the room that is still the room. We book the occasion, not just the table, and arrange the cake, the flowers and the car.
Private chef in DubaiWhere residents eat: the evening you do not want a room full of visitors
The best meal of a Dubai week is often not in a famous room. The Emirati kitchens in Jumeirah and Al Seef, the Levantine grills and the Iraqi fish houses, the Indian and Pakistani restaurants of Bur Dubai and Karama, the Persian kitchens, the cafés of Al Quoz where the city's creative crowd actually eats: these are where residents go, they do not take reservations in the usual way, and they are the evening a visitor remembers. Our specialist knows them, tells you which one fits the party, sends the driver who knows the street, and books the table where a table can be booked. In your language, with the dishes explained.
Personal shopper in DubaiWhy a specialist, not an app
Every restaurant in Dubai is on a booking platform and the good tables are never there. The platforms show what the room chooses to release, at the hours nobody wants; the rest goes to the people the room knows. A specialist who lives here, eats in the rooms, knows the managers by name and books for clients every week is on that list, and uses it for you: the table on the night you want, the cabana on the weekend, the club table that was sold on Monday. Just as useful is the honest word: the famous room that has changed chef, the beach club that is not for children on a Saturday, the brunch that is not worth the four hours. That judgement is not on an app, and it is most of the value.

What reservations in Dubai cost.
The restaurants, the beach clubs and the clubs charge what they charge: passed through at cost, with any minimum spend or deposit explained before you commit. Our fee is shown separately and quoted to the stay, or covered by Client Access membership from EUR 95 per month for anyone who comes to Dubai more than once a year.
