Appointments arranged in advance, someone with you through each boutique and mall who knows the staff and the stock, help with sizes, alterations, the refund forms and shipping, a car for the day and lunch booked. Not a stylist unless you ask.
Who you will be with
English and Arabic as standard. Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish and Portuguese on request with notice. The person speaks to the boutique and the souk in Arabic and to you in your language.

How the bill works
The boutique invoices you at its own price; we never sit in the middle. Our fee is a separate line. Drivers, restaurants and shipping are passed through at cost. No commission from the houses or the souk.
How much notice we need
Seven days for a normal day. More during the Dubai Shopping Festival, the December weeks, Ramadan evenings and Eid, when the private rooms are taken. Under 48 hours is attempted with an urgency fee and no promise.
What nobody can do
No one gets you a waiting-list bag or watch on demand, and no one should buy gold without knowing the day's rate. We get you the appointment, the honest answer and the next best thing.
