Why a Dubai trip planned from abroad goes wrong, and how ours does not.

Most Dubai trips are planned from a phone in another country: a hotel from a booking site, a desert safari from a marketplace, a yacht from an Instagram page, restaurants on arrival. The result is a week of 40-minute taxi lines, a safari in a convoy of forty cars, a yacht operator who leaves late, three nights at restaurants that were famous two seasons ago, a beach club that would not seat the family without a booking, and the Burj Khalifa at the hour everyone else chose. Dubai rewards planning more than any city we work in, because nothing is walkable, the good things are arranged in advance, and the operator matters more than the brochure. A visitor who does not know the country cannot tell the difference. We can.

Our trip planner is a desk in Dubai. You send the dates, the party, what you like and what you do not, and the language you prefer. We send back a day-by-day plan: the hotel or villa chosen for how you travel, the airport arrival met inside the terminal, a chauffeured car with a licensed guide who speaks your language, every restaurant, bar, nightlife and beach club reservation made by our specialist, the yacht at sunset with a chef, the private chef at the villa, the desert evening with the operator we use, Deep Dive Dubai with our own instructors, Abu Dhabi for the day, and the rules of the country explained once. One figure, our fee shown separately, one contact on a 24/7 line while you are here. Send the dates; the plan comes back within a day.

  • A day-by-day itinerary written to you, not a package: the quiet hour at the Burj, the morning in Old Dubai before the heat, the beach club afternoon, the yacht at sunset, the desert at dusk
  • Every booking made by people who live here: hotel or villa, driver, guide, tables, bars, beach clubs, yacht, chef, dive, desert, Abu Dhabi, airport
  • A driver and a licensed guide in your language: English, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, French or Italian
  • Operators we have used: the yacht that leaves on time, the desert camp that is not a tourist camp, the instructor we know by name
  • One figure in EUR with our fee shown separately and the USD beside it for visitors from the US; nothing folded into a marked-up package
  • One contact on the operations line in Dubai day and night, in your language, who moves the plan in an hour when the flight is late or the weather turns
Straight Answers

What visitors ask a Dubai trip planner first.

How

How does it work?

You send the dates, who is traveling, what you like and what you do not, and your language. Within a day you receive a written day-by-day plan with one figure. You say yes, or change anything. We book everything, send the confirmations and a single itinerary, meet you at the airport and stay on the line day and night while you are here.

Cost

What does it cost?

Our fee is shown separately and quoted to the stay; everything we book, the hotel, the car, the tables, the yacht, the chef, the dive, the desert, is passed through at cost. One figure in EUR, with the USD beside it for visitors from the US. Client Access membership from EUR 95 per month suits anyone who comes to Dubai more than once a year.

Days

How many days does Dubai need?

Four days covers the city well: Old Dubai and the creek, Downtown and the Burj, the Palm and a beach club, the Marina and a yacht at sunset, the desert at dusk. Seven days adds Abu Dhabi, Deep Dive Dubai, a second yacht day or a day of nothing at the pool, which a first-time visitor always needs more of than they planned.

Hotels

Which hotel or villa?

It depends on how you travel. Downtown for the Burj and the Mall, the Palm for the beach and the resorts, Jumeirah for the quieter beach, DIFC for the working week, a villa on the Palm or in Emirates Hills for a family with a chef. We choose with you, book with the rate we hold, and brief the hotel on the arrival.

Language

Will the driver and guide speak my language?

Yes. We match the driver and the guide to the language of the party: Portuguese for Brazilian families, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, English or Arabic. The guide is licensed under Dubai's tourism authority and the driver is ours.

Rules

What should a first-time visitor know?

The weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Alcohol is served in licensed venues, meaning hotels and their restaurants and clubs, never in public. Dress is relaxed at the beach and modest in the malls, the old city and the mosque. Ramadan 2027 is expected from early February to early March and changes restaurant hours. Most European, American and many Latin American passports receive a visa on arrival or visa-free entry; we confirm the rule for your passport.

What We Book

Everything in the plan, made by one desk.

Stay

Hotel or Villa

Chosen for how you travel, booked with the rate we hold, briefed on the arrival; villas on the Palm, in Jumeirah Bay and Emirates Hills with staff and a chef.

Driver and Guide in Your Language

A chauffeured car at your disposal with a licensed guide, or a security-trained driver for a known name. Private guide and driver.

Restaurants, bars, nightlife and beach clubs booked by our specialist, the hard tables confirmed twice, the second option held, the cabana at the right hour.

A five-day Dubai plan, the way we write it

Day one: met inside Terminal 3, the car at the door, the hotel told a car is coming, the first dinner already booked at the room that is good this season, early night. Day two: Old Dubai and the creek at nine before the heat, the souks with a guide who speaks your language, lunch in Jumeirah, the afternoon at the pool, the Burj Khalifa at the hour the queue is short, dinner Downtown with the fountain. Day three: the beach club on the Palm with the cabana booked for the hour of sun, the yacht from the Marina at five with a chef on board, past the Palm and the Burj Al Arab into the sunset. Day four: Deep Dive Dubai as a private session with our instructor in the morning, lunch at the Marina, the desert at dusk with the operator we use, dinner in the dunes. Day five: Abu Dhabi for the mosque and the Louvre with the same driver, back for a last dinner in DIFC, the car to the airport. Every booking made, one figure, one contact.

Reservations: the part of the trip that cannot be done on arrival

The restaurants that make a Dubai trip are small and fast: the Michelin rooms with fifteen to forty seats, the rooftops in the Marina and Downtown, the beach clubs on the Palm with a cabana list, the bars in DIFC, the nightlife that opens at midnight. Each has its own rhythm, and a visitor who books on arrival gets the rooms that were famous two seasons ago. Our reservations specialist does nothing else: the hard tables asked for the moment the dates are known and confirmed twice, the second option held, the cabana booked for the right hour, the bar told the name before the party arrives, and the honest word when the famous room has gone quiet. The plan says where the city actually eats this season, in your language.

Families: the week that works with children

A family week in Dubai is a logistics problem dressed as a holiday: three children, two grandparents, a stroller, the heat after eleven, a beach club that will not seat seven without a booking, a desert safari that is too long for a six-year-old. We plan around the family rather than the brochure: a villa or a resort with a kids' pool, mornings out and afternoons in, the aquarium and the Burj at the quiet hours, a van with a driver and a guide who speaks the family's language and keeps the group together, a private chef at the villa for the evenings when nobody wants a restaurant, a first dive for the teenagers at Deep Dive Dubai, and the desert as a private evening rather than a convoy. One contact, and the plan moves when a child is tired.

Couples: four bookings that make the trip

A couple's Dubai trip is made by four bookings and ruined by their absence: the table at the room everyone wants, the yacht at sunset with a chef and nobody else on board, the cabana on the Palm for the afternoon, and the desert dinner at dusk away from the camps. We make them early, confirm them twice, and build the rest of the stay around them: a hotel chosen for the two of you, a driver who is there and invisible, a late breakfast, the spa booked, the Burj at the hour the light is right, and a last evening that is not at the airport hotel. For an anniversary or a proposal, the yacht desk and the chef know what to do with a sunset.

Brazilian, Russian and European visitors: planned in your language

A trip is only as good as the conversation that plans it, and a visitor should be able to have it in their own language. Our desk works in English and Arabic, and we have Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian speakers on the team and among the drivers and guides. A Brazilian family writes to us in Portuguese and is met at the airport by someone who speaks it; a Russian couple plans in Russian and has a Russian-speaking guide for the souks and the desert; an Italian executive has the week held by a driver who understands the diary. The rules of the country are explained once, gently, in the language the visitor thinks in, which is when they are actually understood.

The working week: Dubai for an executive who has three days

An executive with three days in Dubai needs a plan that holds the diary, not a sightseeing list: a hotel in DIFC or Downtown chosen for the meetings, a chauffeur who knows that fifteen minutes on the map is forty at six in the evening, the client dinner at the right room, the Friday on the water when the week is done, and a security-trained driver when the name is known. We write the week with the assistant or the chief of staff, hold it when it moves, and add the one evening that makes the trip worth remembering. Our chauffeur and security driver desk runs it from the same plan.

What a planned Dubai trip costs.

Our planning fee is quoted to the stay and shown separately; everything we book is passed through at cost, never folded into a marked-up package. The hotel, the villa, the car, the guide, the tables, the yacht, the chef, the dive session and the desert evening each appear as their own line, so the plan is one figure you can read and change. Client Access membership from EUR 95 per month suits anyone who comes to Dubai more than once a year. A security driver or a close protection officer, when the profile calls for one, is a separate line from EUR 850 per day. Visitors from the US see the USD beside every EUR figure.

Allow seven days for an ordinary stay; Christmas, New Year, the Grand Prix, the World Cup and Art Dubai need months. Under 48 hours carries an urgency fee and no guarantee. Good to Know

Dubai Trip Planner - Frequently Asked Questions

Can you plan my entire Dubai trip for me?

Yes. You send the dates, who is traveling, what you like and your language; we send a day-by-day written plan with the hotel or villa, a driver and guide in your language, every restaurant, bar and beach club reservation, the yacht with a chef, the private chef, Deep Dive Dubai, the desert and Abu Dhabi, with one figure. We book everything and stay on a 24/7 line in Dubai while you are here.

How much does a Dubai trip planner cost?

Our planning fee is quoted to the stay and shown separately; everything we book is passed through at cost as its own line, never folded into a marked-up package. Client Access membership from EUR 95 per month suits anyone who comes more than once a year. Visitors from the US see the USD beside every EUR figure.

How many days do I need in Dubai?

Four days covers the city well; seven adds Abu Dhabi, Deep Dive Dubai, a second day on the water or a day of nothing at the pool, which first-time visitors always need more of than they planned. We write the plan to the days you have.

What is the best Dubai itinerary for a first-time visitor?

Old Dubai and the creek early before the heat, the Burj Khalifa at the hour the queue is short, a beach club on the Palm with a cabana booked, the yacht at sunset from the Marina with a chef, the desert at dusk with a private operator rather than a convoy, Deep Dive Dubai as a private session, and Abu Dhabi for the mosque and the Louvre. The order and the hours matter more than the list, which is what the plan gives you.

Do you book the restaurants and beach clubs?

Yes, all of them, through a specialist whose whole job is restaurants, bars, nightlife and beach clubs. The hard tables are asked for the moment the dates are known and confirmed twice, a second option is held, and we say honestly when the famous room has gone quiet.

Will my driver and guide speak Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, French or Italian?

Yes. We match the driver and the licensed guide to the language of the party, and the desk plans the trip in that language from the first message. English and Arabic are always available.

Which hotel should I choose in Dubai?

Downtown for the Burj and the Mall, the Palm for the beach and the resorts, Jumeirah for a quieter beach, DIFC for the working week, a villa for a family with a chef. We choose with you, book with the rate we hold, and brief the hotel on the arrival.

Is Dubai safe for tourists, and what are the rules?

Dubai is among the safest large cities in the world for visitors. The things to know are rules, not risks: the weekend is Saturday and Sunday, alcohol is served in licensed venues only, dress is modest in the malls, the old city and the mosque, no photographs of people without asking, and Ramadan 2027 is expected from early February to early March with adapted hours. We explain them once on the first day.

Do I need a visa for Dubai?

Most European, American and many Latin American passports receive a visa on arrival or visa-free entry, and the rule depends on the passport. We confirm it for yours when you book and tell you exactly what to carry.

Can you include Abu Dhabi, the desert and Deep Dive Dubai in the plan?

Yes. Abu Dhabi for the mosque, the Louvre and Yas with the same driver; the desert at dusk with the operator we use rather than a convoy; and Deep Dive Dubai as a private session or a course with our own instructors, driven from the hotel and back.

How much notice do you need?

Seven days for an ordinary stay, and months for Christmas, New Year, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on 3 to 6 December 2026, the Dubai World Cup on 27 March 2027 and Art Dubai on 7 to 11 April 2027. Under 48 hours is an urgency case with an additional fee and no guarantee.

What happens if something changes during the trip?

You call or message the operations line in Dubai, day or night, in your language, and the plan is moved within the hour: a late flight, a tired child, a change of mind about dinner, weather on the water. That is what the contact is for.
