The summer is over. The shopping is still in six places.
By September the purchases of a Gulf summer in Europe are spread across Knightsbridge, Bond Street, the avenue Montaigne and the via Montenapoleone: some delivered to the hotel, some waiting at the boutique, some in the London house, a few already in the wrong country. Carried home they become excess baggage and a long conversation at customs.
We collect from every address, match each piece to its receipt, hold it securely until the return, and deliver it home declared, with any duty passed through at cost.

Not a parcel service
A parcel service takes what you bring to its counter. We go to the boutiques and the hotel, check every piece against its receipt, pack it properly and deliver it into the house.
The refund question
Tax-free shopping in store ended in the United Kingdom in 2021, but many houses still export directly without VAT. In France and Italy the tourist refund continues, with its own paperwork. We tell you before a purchase leaves the boutique which route keeps the saving.
Declared at home
Purchases arriving in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Doha or Kuwait are declared properly, and any duty is passed through at cost. Nothing arrives at a customs desk without its receipt.
When to book
We ask for at least seven days before the shipment leaves. Purchases can be collected throughout the summer and held until the return.
How it is priced
One written figure from the list of pieces, the addresses and the route. Carriage, export paperwork and duty are shown separately at cost. No price per kilogram.
When you do not need us
For a few shopping bags, the boutique's own shipping or the hotel's courier is the sensible choice, and we will say so. We are for the summer's worth of purchases across several cities, and for pieces that need care.

London: Knightsbridge, Bond Street and the hotel concierge
In London we collect from the department stores and the houses on Bond Street, Sloane Street and in Knightsbridge, from the hotel concierge who has been signing for deliveries all summer, and from the house itself. Tax-free shopping in store ended in the United Kingdom in 2021, but many houses will still export directly to an address abroad without VAT; where that saves more than collecting the piece, we arrange it with the boutique and time it with our shipment so that everything reaches the house together. Everything is checked against its receipt and photographed before it is packed.
Personal shopper in LondonParis and Milan: the avenue Montaigne and the via Montenapoleone
In Paris we collect from the avenue Montaigne, the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the place Vendôme and the department stores on the boulevard Haussmann; in Milan from the via Montenapoleone and the via della Spiga. The tourist VAT refund in France and Italy is validated at departure with the goods in your luggage, so pieces we ship separately do not qualify; before a purchase leaves the boutique we tell you whether to carry it, have the house export it directly, or send it home with us without the refund.
Personal shopper in ParisWhat is never shipped
Watches, jewellery and anything small and very valuable do not go into a hold, however well packed. They travel with a licensed protection officer by protected hand-carry, on the same day as the family if needed, and are declared on arrival like everything else. Furniture, art and large decorative pieces travel the other way, as assets with their own crate, condition report and insurance, under the same manifest so that the house receives everything in one delivery.

We declare it for customs, pay any duty at cost and show it on the invoice, and deliver to the residence, where our people unpack with the household staff and check every piece against the list. If something is missing or damaged, you know at the door, not weeks later.

What it costs to send shopping home.
Every shipment is quoted in writing from the list of pieces: the number and size of the purchases, the addresses to collect from, the destination and the route. A few pieces from one boutique and a summer's shopping across three cities are different figures, both confirmed before anything is collected. There is no price per kilogram.
Carriage, export paperwork and any duty are passed through at cost and shown separately. Watches and jewellery travel by protected hand-carry, priced as close protection from USD 900 per day (EUR 850 market base). Invoiced by Algoz FZ-LLC, payment by card or transfer.
