A Gulf summer in France rarely stays in one place. The family lands in Paris for the fittings and the shops, moves to Cannes, Nice or Saint-Tropez in July, and flies home from a third airport in September. Each move is another set of cases, another hotel and another chance for something to be in the wrong city.
We run it as one programme. The luggage is collected at home, delivered to the Paris address before you land, driven down to the coast when you move, and brought home at the end of the summer with everything bought along the way.

What Gulf families ask before a summer in France.
Not a courier
A courier moves boxes by the kilogram between two addresses. We move a household through a summer with three addresses, with our own people at every door and one coordinator who knows where every piece is.
A trunk or a household
One wardrobe trunk to a Paris palace hotel, or a family's summer with staff. Large movements are split between your own flight, an earlier flight, air cargo and secure road, under one manifest.
When to book
We ask for at least seven days. Paris palace hotels and the Riviera fill early in summer, and so do the cargo terminals; tell us the dates as soon as you have them. Under 48 hours carries an urgency fee and no guarantee.
France handled
Personal effects travelling for a visit are routine; gifts of value, medicines, perfume in quantity and anything new in its box are declared. The tourist VAT refund needs the goods with you when you leave France, so we plan purchases around it.
How it is priced
One written figure per movement, from the inventory, the dates and the route. Airline, cargo and customs charges are passed through at cost and shown separately. No price per kilogram.
When you do not need us
For a couple of extra suitcases on a direct flight, excess baggage is the sensible choice, and we will say so. We are for the volume, the privacy and the moves between cities that an allowance cannot solve.

Gowns collected from the houses after the fittings and held in custody until the event, then returned with their paperwork.
Purchases Sent Home
Everything bought in Paris collected from the boutiques or the hotel, declared, and delivered home in the Gulf.
An Officer with the Consignment
A licensed protection officer travels with the luggage when the contents call for it. Jewellery and watches go separately by protected hand-carry.
Paris: the apartment, the palace hotel and the service entrance
In Paris the luggage is cleared at Charles de Gaulle or Orly, or at Le Bourget when the family flies privately, and driven into the city in its own vehicle. We deliver to the apartment on avenue Foch or in the 16th, to the palace hotel on avenue Montaigne, the avenue George V or the place Vendôme by the service entrance the hotel prefers, and up the service lift to the floor. The hotel is told only what it needs to know. Where the family keeps an apartment, we open it ahead: linen, kitchen items and the household's own things in place before the first night.

When the family moves to the coast, the luggage does not need to fly with it. We collect from the Paris hotel or apartment, drive the luggage south by secure road with its manifest and seals intact, and deliver to the hotel in Cannes, the villa on Cap d'Antibes or Cap Ferrat, the residence in Monaco or down to the yacht, signed for by the crew. Families flying privately into Nice or Cannes Mandelieu land to find the luggage already there. At the end of the season the same road takes it back to Paris, or straight to the airport for the flight home.

Our people collect at the villa, the apartment or the palace office with wardrobe trunks and packing materials, work alongside the household staff, and count, photograph, weigh and seal every piece. The luggage leaves through the international airport or the private terminal the family uses: in the hold of the family's own flight, on an earlier flight, or as air cargo when the volume calls for it. Where the family uses a royal or VIP terminal, we work with the handling agent so that nothing passes through a commercial hall.

The return is planned before the family leaves home. We collect from Paris and the coast, with the purchases from the avenue Montaigne and the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, declare them for customs in the Gulf, and pass any duty through at cost on the invoice. The French tourist VAT refund is validated at departure with the goods in your luggage, so before a purchase leaves the boutique we tell you whether to carry it, have the house export it directly, or send it home with us without the refund. The family lands at home to find the luggage already in the hall.

Every movement is quoted in writing from the inventory: the number and size of the pieces, the addresses, the dates and the route the dates allow. A single trunk sent ahead to a Paris palace hotel and a household's summer between Paris and the coast are different figures, both confirmed before anything is collected. There is no price per kilogram.
Airline, cargo and customs charges are passed through at cost and shown separately. A protection officer travelling with the consignment is priced as close protection, from USD 900 per day (EUR 850 market base). Under 48 hours' notice carries an urgency fee and no guarantee. Invoiced by Algoz FZ-LLC, payment by card or transfer. Jewellery and watches travel by protected hand-carry, never in the hold.
