London is the summer address. The luggage should not have to queue for it.
Emirati families, and the international families who live in Dubai, spend July and August in London, and the household travels with more than any allowance covers: the wardrobe, the children's cases, the staff's luggage, the things the London flat has never had. On the way back in August the cases are fuller than they left.
We collect at home in Emirates Hills, on the Palm, in Jumeirah or in Abu Dhabi, seal and declare every piece, and deliver to the London house or the hotel floor before you land. In the winter we run the same route the other way.

Not a courier, not a removals firm
Couriers sell boxes by the kilogram; removals firms move furniture. We move a household's luggage with our own people at both doors, one coordinator who knows every tag, and delivery into the room.
A trunk or a household
One wardrobe trunk to a Mayfair hotel, or the summer luggage of a family with staff. Large movements are split between your own flight, an earlier flight and air cargo, under one manifest.
When to book
We ask for at least seven days. The first weekend of the school holidays and the days around Eid are the busiest at Dubai International; tell us the dates as soon as you have them. Under 48 hours carries an urgency fee and no guarantee.
Both ends handled
Personal effects travelling for a visit are routine; gifts of value, medicines, perfume in quantity and anything new in its box are declared. We prepare the papers before collection and attend the desks at both ends.
How it is priced
One written figure per movement, from the inventory, the dates and the route. Airline, cargo and customs charges are passed through at cost and shown separately. No price per kilogram.
When you do not need us
First class on the Dubai to London route already carries a generous allowance, and for a few extra suitcases excess baggage on your own flight is the sensible choice. We will say so. We are for the volume, the privacy and the timing an allowance cannot solve.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi: collection at home, any terminal
Our people collect at the villa, the apartment or the palace office with wardrobe trunks and packing materials, alongside the household staff, and count, photograph, weigh and seal every piece before it leaves. The manifest is agreed with one named person. From Dubai the luggage leaves through Dubai International, from Abu Dhabi through Zayed International, and for private flights through the business aviation terminals at Dubai International or Al Maktoum. It travels in the hold of your own flight, on an earlier flight, or as air cargo when the volume calls for it, and where the family uses a VIP terminal we work with the handling agent so that nothing passes through a commercial hall.

In London the luggage is cleared at Heathrow, Gatwick or the private terminal at Farnborough, Luton or Biggin Hill, and driven in its own vehicle to the house in Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair or Kensington, to the hotel by the service entrance it prefers, or onward to the country. Hotel deliveries go up the service lift and into the suite, where the butler team can unpack before you arrive. The hotel is told only what it needs to know, and nothing waits at a front desk with a family name on it.

A long-range business jet carries a fraction of what a household travels with for two months. We agree with the operator and the handling agent what flies with the family, what goes ahead on an earlier movement and what follows by cargo, so the aircraft is never weighed down and the house is complete when you land. On arrival at Farnborough, Luton or Biggin Hill the handling agent passes the luggage to our vehicle, and it reaches the house before you have finished the drive.

From November to April the route runs the other way. British and European families who spend the winter in Dubai send the season's wardrobe, the golf bags and the children's things ahead, and families relocating to the UAE send the personal luggage that should not travel in the container. We collect in London, Paris or Geneva, clear the luggage into the UAE and deliver to the villa on the Palm, in Emirates Hills or on Saadiyat before the family lands. The same chain of custody runs in both directions.
