When the school year ends, Saudi families move to London for the summer and the household moves with them: the wardrobe, a case per child, the staff's luggage, the medical kit, gifts for the visits and the things the London house never has. Sent as excess baggage it becomes a queue at the airport and a carousel at Heathrow. Sent as cargo it becomes boxes with a tracking number.
We run it as one movement with one coordinator. Our people collect at the residence, seal every piece, prepare the declarations for both countries and deliver to Knightsbridge, Mayfair or the hotel floor before the family lands.

Not a cargo company, not a removals firm
Shipping companies quote per kilogram and hand you a tracking number; removals firms move furniture. We move a household's luggage with our own people at both doors, one coordinator who knows every tag, and delivery into the room.
One trunk or a whole household
A single wardrobe trunk to a Mayfair hotel, or eighty pieces for a family travelling with staff. Large movements are split between the family's own flight, an earlier flight and air cargo, under one manifest.
When to book
We ask for at least seven days. The weeks after the school year ends and the days around Eid fill first, on the airlines and in the cargo terminals. Under 48 hours carries an urgency fee and no guarantee.
Both sides handled
Personal effects travelling for a visit are routine. Gifts of value, medicines, perfume in quantity and anything new in its box are declared. We prepare the papers before collection and attend the desks at both ends.
How it is priced
One written figure per movement, from the inventory, the dates and the route. Airline, cargo and customs charges are passed through at cost and shown separately. No price per kilogram.
When you do not need us
For three or four extra suitcases, paying excess baggage on your own flight is the sensible choice, and we will say so. We are for households where the volume, the privacy or the timing make the airport the problem.

A licensed protection officer travels with the luggage when the contents or the family call for it. Jewellery and watches travel separately by protected hand-carry.
Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province: collection at the residence
The movement starts at home. Our people arrive at the villa, the palace office or the family compound with wardrobe trunks and packing materials, work alongside the household staff, and count, photograph, weigh and seal every piece before it leaves. The manifest is agreed with one named person in the household office. From Riyadh the luggage leaves through King Khalid International, from Jeddah through King Abdulaziz, from the Eastern Province through King Fahd in Dammam: in the hold of the family's own flight, on an earlier flight, or as air cargo when the volume calls for it. Where the family flies privately or from a royal or VIP terminal, we work with the handling agent so that nothing passes through a commercial hall.

In London the luggage is cleared at Heathrow, Gatwick or the private terminal and driven into town in its own vehicle. We deliver to the house in Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington or Hampstead, to the hotel by the service entrance the hotel prefers, or onward to a country house in Surrey or the Cotswolds. Hotel deliveries go up the service lift to the floor and into the suite, where the butler team can unpack before the family arrives. Nothing is left at a front desk with a family name on it, and the hotel is told only what it needs to know.

A private jet solves the queue and creates a luggage problem of its own: a long-range aircraft carries a fraction of what a household travels with. We agree with the operator and the handling agent what flies with the family, what goes ahead on an earlier movement and what follows by cargo, so the aircraft is never weighed down and the house is complete when the family lands. On arrival the handling agent passes the luggage to our vehicle, it is cleared, and it reaches the house before the family has finished the drive.

The return is planned before the family leaves Riyadh. In September we collect from the London house, the hotel and the country house, on different days if needed, together with everything bought over the summer, collected from the boutiques or held by the hotel concierge. Purchases are declared properly for Saudi customs, and any duty is passed through at cost and shown on the invoice. The household arrives home to find the luggage already in the hall, and the London house is left the way the family wants to find it next year.
