Events in Ibiza: Private Parties, Villas and Brand Activations
Ibiza rewards planning and punishes improvisation.
The island looks informal and is not. Villas have rules about music and hours, the good suppliers are contracted months before the season, and in August the road from the airport is a factor in your run of show.
Tell us the date, the guest number and what the night should feel like. You receive venues that are genuinely available, a figure, and a plain answer on what the licence allows. Tell us about your event in Ibiza.
- Villas, fincas, beach clubs, yachts and private estates
- What the municipality permits, checked before you commit
- Licensed Spanish suppliers and licensed security, contracted by us
- Guest list, door and access control held by one owner
- Transfers, boats and crew movement planned as one
- If the night you want is not legal where you want it, we say so
Six formats, delivered end to end.
Private Villa Parties
A dinner that becomes a party, in a house you do not want damaged. Sound within what the licence allows, staff who know the property, a door that is actually controlled, and a close of play planned rather than improvised.
Birthdays and Celebrations
The reason most people charter the island for a week. Several nights with different characters: an arrival dinner, the big night, a boat day, a quiet last lunch. One team across all of them.
Brand Activations and Launches
Ibiza carries a brand well when the setting is real. Villa takeovers, beach-club buyouts, press moments at sunset and content shot the same day. See brand events for the wider programme.
Hospitality and Incentives
Client hospitality, incentive trips and leadership offsites that need to feel like a reward and still run to a schedule. Rooms, boats, dinners and the one evening that has to be perfect.
Yacht and Beach Club Days
A boat to Formentera, a table at the right beach club, tender timings that do not leave guests standing on a jetty. See yacht charter.
Celebration Weekends
A wedding in Ibiza is three days, not one. Welcome, ceremony, party, recovery lunch, guests spread across the island. See destination weddings.
Most planners buy security. We are the security house.
Algoz is a protection house that produces events, not a production company that hires guards at the end. The door, the guest list, the photography rules and the way people leave are designed with the run of show, not bolted onto it.
On an island where a private address circulates by message in minutes, that order matters more than it does in a city.
Where Ibiza actually works, by area.
Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila
Old-town dinners inside the walls, rooftops over the port, and the short, visible walk between car and door that needs thinking about when guests are recognisable.
Marina Botafoch and Talamanca
Where the boats are, and where a party that begins on water ends on land. Convenient, central and the easiest side of the island for a late finish.
San José, Es Cubells and Cala Jondal
The villa belt. Cliff houses with the view everyone pictures, the best beach clubs for a long lunch, and the addresses most requested for a private night.
San Juan, Benirràs and the fincas
Quieter, rustic and slower. Stone fincas and agroturismos suit dinners, weddings and the kind of evening that does not need a sound system at two in the morning.
Santa Eulalia and Cap Martinet
Family side of the island. Good restaurants, calmer beaches, large villas close enough to town to make transfers short.
Formentera, half an hour away
The day that makes the week. Boat out, lunch on the sand, back for dinner. It works perfectly or it falls apart, and the difference is the timing of the tender.
Villas, Music and What the Licence Allows
Ibiza regulates events on private property, and the rules on amplified music, hours and capacity differ by municipality and by house. Some villas are licensed for events, most are not, and a rental contract that forbids parties is enforced by neighbours long before it is enforced by an inspector. We establish what your chosen house actually permits, in writing, before anyone pays a deposit, and we propose a venue that fits the night when the house does not.
See villas and estatesThe Season, and the Clock Inside It
The island works from roughly May to October. June and September give you the island at its best with suppliers who can still breathe. July and August give you everything open, every price at its peak, and a road network that decides how long transfers take. Within a day, Ibiza runs late: sunset drives the first act, dinner starts when other countries are finishing, and the night has a second half. A run of show written on mainland timings fails here.
See our Spain networkArrivals, Boats and Moving People
Private aircraft, ferries from Dénia and Barcelona, tenders from the marina, and a single coast road that absorbs August badly. Guests arrive from several directions across several days, and a programme is only as good as the transfers under it. We plan arrivals, drivers, boats and crew movement as one piece of work, with executive transport in Ibiza and close protection in Ibiza where the guest list calls for it.

Guest List and Access Control
One list, one owner, one door. Names checked without a queue forming on a private driveway, and a plan for the people who arrive certain they are on it.
Address and Image Control
A private address spreads fast on this island. Location released late, phones and cameras governed by a rule the guests understand, and crew bound by NDA.
DJs, Artists and VIP Guests
Artist logistics, riders, private arrivals and protection for guests who are recognised. See celebrity close protection.
Venue Advance
The property is walked before the event: access, lighting, pool edges, cliff paths, parking, where the music carries, and where a guest can quietly be unwell without an audience.
Medical and Water Safety
Pools, cliffs, boats and heat. A medical point and a water plan are ordinary parts of a well-run Ibiza event, not an overreaction.
Licensing and Local Law
Licensed Spanish security, licensed suppliers, insurance, and the permissions the venue or municipality requires. See event security.
“Good event security is the kind guests never notice.”
Six steps, in this order, every time.
Date, Guests and Intent
What the night is for, who is coming, who must not be photographed, and what would make it a failure. Under NDA from the first message.
Venue, Licence and Hours
Real availability for your date, what each venue permits in sound and hours, and the honest version of what your guest number does to the shortlist.
Production and Protective Design
One document: run of show, suppliers, staffing, transfers, door, and the protective measures that sit inside it rather than beside it.
Suppliers, Permits and Budget
Venue, catering, sound, lighting, staff, boats and security contracted with licensed local operators, in euro, broken out by element.
Set-Up, Rehearsal and Advance
Build to schedule, a rehearsal in real conditions, and the advance walk with the team who will actually be on the door that night.
The Night, Then a Clean Exit
A production lead runs the room and a protection lead runs the perimeter. Departures staged, the house returned as found, accounts closed.
Quoted to the brief, with the elements broken out.
There is no rate card for an event in Ibiza and any published one would be fiction. What moves the figure is the date, the guest number, the venue type, how long the island is held and how much of the night runs after midnight. July and August cost more than June and September for the same evening, and we say so rather than letting the invoice explain it later.
The one figure we publish is the protective one, because it is the same across this site: professional close protection is from EUR 850 per day, the market base, for a single officer on twelve-hour cover. Everything else is quoted after we know what you want.
Tell us the date and the guest number.
Send the brief and we come back with venues that are genuinely available, a figure in euro, and a plain answer on what the licence allows.
