Luxury Concierge in São Paulo

Non ducor, duco - the city that never sleeps.
Latin America’s Financial Capital

Brazil’s beating heart.

São Paulo is the largest city in the Americas and the room where Brazilian decisions are made: the banks and funds of Faria Lima, the B3 exchange, the boardrooms that set the pace for a continent. It is also, quietly, one of the great capitals of eating, collecting and living well - a city of Michelin-starred counters, world-class galleries and neighbourhoods that reward those who know them.

Our VIP concierge and professional security services make that city available on your terms: seamless, private and bilingual, whether you are an executive closing deals in Itaim Bibi, a family settling in for a season, or a principal who values discretion above all. São Paulo anchors our Brazil concierge programme, so the same standard follows you across the country.

Concierge in Rio de Janeiro

01 —

The business capital of a continent

Money in South America answers to São Paulo. Faria Lima and Itaim Bibi hold the region’s investment banks and funds, the B3 exchange trades a few blocks from the old centre, and Avenida Paulista - crowned by MASP and its floating concrete span - remains the city’s symbolic spine. We run the working day end to end: cars pre-positioned between meetings, interpretation at the table, venue advance work, and dinners that close what the boardroom started. When the diary compresses, we compress with it - executive transportation in São Paulo is built for exactly this city.

02 —

Jardins, Faria Lima & the private city

Wealthy São Paulo lives behind hedges and doormen. Jardins holds the boutiques of Rua Oscar Freire and the city’s most polished dining rooms; Cidade Jardim and Iguatemi are where personal shoppers earn their keep; the Rosewood rises from the restored Cidade Matarazzo quarter; and the residential streets of Jardim Europa and Vila Nova Conceição stay green, guarded and quiet. We arrange private shopping, residence and villa sourcing, household staffing, school runs with security-trained drivers and the introductions that make a season here feel settled from the first week.

03 —

The helicopter city

São Paulo maintains one of the largest urban helicopter fleets in the world - the city’s answer to its own traffic, with rooftop helipads crowning the towers of Faria Lima and Berrini. We plan itineraries the way paulistano executives do: helipad to helipad, GRU or Congonhas to the office in minutes, Campo de Marte for departures to the coast, and the Catarina executive airport for private jets. Every rotation is coordinated with armoured ground transport at both ends, so the day never touches the Marginal at rush hour unless it chooses to.

04 —

Gastronomy at the D.O.M. tier

São Paulo eats at a level few cities on earth can match. D.O.M. put Brazilian ingredients on the world’s fine-dining map; A Casa do Porco, Maní and Evvai keep the city in the global conversation; and the depth behind them is the real luxury - the Italian kitchens of Bixiga, the sushi counters of Liberdade, home to the largest Japanese community outside Japan, and churrasco raised to ceremony. We hold the tables that book out weeks ahead, arrange private chefs and cellar dinners in residence, and build tasting itineraries around what is actually in season.

05 —

Grand Prix weekend at Interlagos

Each November the São Paulo Grand Prix fills the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, and the city that gave Formula 1 Ayrton Senna turns the volume up for a week. Interlagos is one of the sport’s great old circuits and one of its most demanding weekends to move through: dense crowds, hard perimeters, traffic that punishes improvisation. We arrange paddock and hospitality access, helicopter transfers to the circuit, armoured shuttles for the week and close protection in São Paulo that works a race crowd without ever becoming part of the show.

Why Algoz here - protection, licensed and integrated

São Paulo is a megacity with megacity realities, and this is where Algoz differs from a booking desk. Private security in Brazil is governed by federal law, Lei nº 14.967/2024, and supervised by the Polícia Federal: protection officers must be certified vigilantes, and armed details require specific Federal Police authorisation. We coordinate exclusively with licensed Brazilian providers we have audited in the field, integrate protection and armed protection directly into the concierge programme, and supervise to one standard - so security decisions are made before the car door opens, not after. See how Algoz compares.

Bienal de São Paulo

One of the world’s oldest art biennials fills Niemeyer’s pavilion in Ibirapuera every two years.

Formula 1 at Interlagos: paddock hospitality, helicopter arrivals and protection for the whole week.

Practical São Paulo

A city that rewards planning.

Three airports serve three purposes: GRU Guarulhos for international arrivals, Congonhas for domestic connections minutes from Itaim Bibi, and Catarina for private jets. Traffic is the city’s one honest adversary - the rodízio plate-rotation scheme restricts cars by number plate on weekdays, which is one more reason professional fleets and helicopters carry the diary here. Seasons run opposite to the northern hemisphere: summer rains arrive around the turn of the year, and the mild winter months bring the famous garoa drizzle. None of it matters when the logistics are someone else’s problem - ours.

Good to Know

Concierge & Security in São Paulo - Frequently Asked Questions

Can you combine concierge and security for executives in Sao Paulo?

Yes. We coordinate business itineraries, dining, events and secure transport with discreet licensed protection for executives and visiting families, in Portuguese and English through one contact.

Is an armoured car recommended in São Paulo?

For executives and HNWIs, yes. The express-kidnapping risk is significant for high-value targets, and a low-profile armoured vehicle with a defensive-driving expert is the most effective measure.

Can you arrange helicopter transfers?

Yes. São Paulo has one of the world's largest private helicopter fleets; we coordinate transfers from GRU or Congonhas to Faria Lima or Itaim Bibi in 10 to 15 minutes, with secure ground transport at each end.

Do you combine concierge and security?

Yes. Protection is fully integrated with concierge so it feels natural, not intrusive, across meetings, events and nightlife.

Which hotels do you work with?

Rosewood, Emiliano, Fasano, Palácio Tangará, Tivoli Mofarrej and Grand Hyatt, with VIP arrivals and priority service.

How much does a luxury concierge in São Paulo cost?

Ongoing concierge support starts with Client Access at EUR 95 per month, and full membership begins with the Guild tier at EUR 6,000 per year. Where protection is added, close protection in Brazil is quoted from USD 900 per day (EUR 850 market base), with armed details above the base and quoted to the brief. Our guide on how much a luxury concierge costs, linked above, explains the models in full.

Can you arrange São Paulo Grand Prix hospitality at Interlagos?

Yes. For the November race week we arrange paddock and hospitality access, helicopter transfers to the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, armoured shuttles and low-profile protection details. Interlagos sells out its best positions well ahead, so earlier notice always secures better access.

How quickly can you deploy in São Paulo?

At least seven days. That is what a properly run assignment needs: the brief vetted, the right officer assigned and freed from other commitments, and the advance work on routes, venues and access completed before you land. Shorter notice is handled case by case, but under 48 hours means an urgency fee and no guarantee of cover. No licensed officer is summoned in 24 hours. Armed protection is different: Brazilian law requires specific Federal Police authorisation, which needs a minimum 30-day lead time and may be refused.

Is São Paulo safe for visiting executives and families?

It is a megacity with real risks - express kidnapping and targeted theft among them - but they are managed risks. With licensed protection under Lei nº 14.967/2024, an armoured vehicle, planned routes and helicopter transfers where sensible, principals live and work here comfortably. The city punishes improvisation, not presence.

Do you cover São Paulo Fashion Week, SP-Arte and the Bienal?

Yes. Front-row seats and backstage access at São Paulo Fashion Week, previews and collector introductions at SP-Arte in April, and private visits around the Bienal de São Paulo in Ibirapuera, each combined with cars, dining and discreet security as required.

Discreet, Integrated, Trusted

Executive concierge in São Paulo with protection woven in.

Assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices arranging a principal’s stay work with one team that handles access, reservations, transport and security together - not a switchboard of separate vendors. Brief us once; we anticipate the rest.

Access is real and discretion is absolute: NDA-backed, OPSEC-aware planning, low-profile delivery, multilingual operatives, and protection that integrates so naturally it is never intrusive. It is why UHNWI and HNWI clients, royal households and the advisors who serve them treat Algoz as a trustworthy single point of contact in São Paulo.
