Luxury Concierge in Madrid
Madrid decides quietly, and books privately.
Madrid is where Spanish power keeps its office and, increasingly, where Latin American wealth keeps its European address. The visible city is the Castellana’s towers, the Prado and a dinner hour that begins when other capitals have finished. The city that matters to our clients is smaller and quieter: the private dining rooms behind Salamanca’s facades, the boxes at the Bernabéu that never reach a public sale, the gallery that will open on a Monday for one collector. Algoz runs a luxury concierge service in Madrid for principals, families and the offices that plan for them, with residences, access, transport and protection held by one senior contact around the clock.
The capital rewards a certain rhythm. Business is done over lunch that runs to four, the cultural season runs from October, the ferias and the football calendar dictate the hotels, and August empties the city while the coasts fill. Getting Madrid right means knowing which week to move a meeting, which restaurant will hold a room without a deposit, and which route through the centre avoids a demonstration that has not yet been announced. That is planning work, and it is done in advance or not at all.
What sets Algoz apart from the established houses in the city is that protection is part of the same brief rather than a separate purchase. Personal protection in Spain is a licensed profession performed by escoltas privados under Ley 5/2014, and we plan it inside the same operation as the reservations and the cars, under NDA from the first message.

Why Algoz in Madrid
Concierge + Security, One Brief
The capital’s concierge houses arrange access and outsource everything else. Algoz plans access and the protection team in Madrid together, so nothing is lost between vendors.
Ley 5/2014 Framework
Every protection element is delivered by TIP-accredited escoltas privados under Spanish law, matched to a written threat assessment, unarmed as a rule and intelligence-led throughout.
NDA by Default
Family offices, corporate secretariats and the agencies who book for talent brief us once. No name-dropping, no exposure, no discussion of one client with another.
Business Madrid
Board weeks on the Castellana, government and embassy protocol, secure meeting rooms and drivers who understand that a delayed principal is a security problem, not an inconvenience.
Country Coverage
Madrid is the hub of our Spain concierge coverage: Barcelona, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, the Canaries and the Basque coast run on the same brief.
Compared and Costed

Protection here is a licensed profession.
Spain is specific where most markets are vague. Personal protection is reserved to the escolta privado, a category distinct from ordinary security staff, and every officer must hold the official professional card (TIP) issued through the Dirección General de la Policía under Ley 5/2014 de Seguridad Privada. Protection is delivered unarmed as a rule; armed escort exists in Spanish law only under specific ministerial authorisation tied to an accredited threat, is uncommon for private clients and may be refused. A provider promising armed operatives in Madrid on demand has told you something useful about itself.
Algoz coordinates exclusively inside that framework, with each detail matched to a written assessment, briefed under NDA and supervised to a single standard. Read how close protection actually works, or add secure transport in Madrid and private aviation to the same engagement.
