What is the difference between the Algoz membership tiers?

Shield Society is the security-led tier, with an urgent agent on call, VIP event coordination, lifestyle management and 20 per cent. Does the membership include security or a bodyguard?

Yes, security is the organising principle rather than an add-on. Close protection is available on demand from Guild upward, and becomes central at Shield Society and Nobility. Algoz FZ-LLC coordinates: we profile the principal, plan the operation and supervise delivery, while execution is carried out by licensed local partners holding the required permits in each country. A qualified close protection officer starts from EUR 850 per day, the market base, with armed details and teams quoted to the brief and armed work requiring a minimum 30-day lead time for authorisation.

Can I use a concierge without a membership?

Yes. Membership is an advantage here, never a requirement. Briefs outside membership are quoted individually after a short consultation, with a written proposal and a final figure before anything is confirmed. Booking a single service also gives you twelve months of client standing: priority over non-clients, five per cent preferential terms and the Algoz app included for that period, with no application and no joining fee.

How do I join a private concierge club like Algoz?

You reach out through any channel and a person answers directly. We then have a conversation about fit rather than a sales call, agree the right tier, assign your agent and activate the app. There is no interview panel, no net-worth screen and no application queue. Do I have to be invited to become a member?

What does Quintessentially cost, and how does Algoz compare?

Quintessentially does not publish its membership pricing, and neither do Knightsbridge Circle, Ten Lifestyle or Velocity Black. Fees are disclosed on application, sometimes only after an interview, so any figure circulating online is publicly reported rather than published by them. Algoz takes the opposite view and publishes the whole ladder. The structural difference matters more than the number: those houses price access, while Algoz prices operational accountability, with protection, transport and the reservation planned by one team.

Will I get the same person every time, and who answers at three in the morning?

From Elite upward you have a dedicated personal agent, assigned by name, who keeps your preferences and stays with you. There is no call centre, no ticket number and no reassignment to whoever is on shift. At least seven days. That is what a properly run assignment needs: the brief vetted, the right officer assigned and freed from other commitments, and the advance work on routes, venues and access completed before you land. Shorter notice is handled case by case, but under 48 hours means an urgency fee and no guarantee of cover. No licensed officer is summoned in 24 hours. Can my assistant or family office hold the membership?

Yes. The Personal Assistant plan at EUR 3,600 per year is built for the assistant or private office curating every detail for a principal, and the Business plan at EUR 2,400 per year serves companies managing demanding clients. Both include a dedicated Relationship Manager, app access and Concierge Chat, priority messaging and a 10 per cent discount on standard service rates.

Which membership is right if I travel four times a year?

Usually Guild or Elite. Guild suits someone who wants reliable access, priority over non-members and protection on demand. Elite suits a frequent traveller who wants one dedicated agent who already knows their standards.
