VIP Concierge in Cairo
02 —

The Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx

The last of the ancient wonders, moments from the city. We arrange early-morning or after-hours access to the Giza plateau and the Sphinx, an Egyptologist at your side, and dining with the pyramids in full view, all with discreet protection throughout.

03 —

Marriott Mena House, Giza

Since 1869 the address at the foot of the Pyramids, known to generations of travellers as the Mena House Oberoi and today as Marriott Mena House. Its gardens look directly onto the Great Pyramid, and it remains the address most of our clients choose in Giza. Algoz holds a direct liaison with the hotel’s concierge and butler teams, so preferences, arrival timings, private dining and every request are agreed before you land and handled quietly throughout the stay. We secure pyramid-view suites and garden villas, coordinate discreet protection on the property, and align the hotel’s service with your family’s rhythm rather than the other way round.

04 —

The Grand Egyptian Museum

The largest archaeological museum in the world, home to the complete Tutankhamun collection beside the Giza plateau. We secure priority entry, a private Egyptologist and quiet hours along the grand staircase, turning the most anticipated cultural opening in a generation into an unhurried, personal visit.

05 —

Historic Cairo & Khan el-Khalili

The medieval heart of the city, its mosques, madrasas and the storied lanes of Khan el-Khalili. We guide you through the bazaar with a private host and constant, low-profile security, with the finest artisans, antiques and coffee houses arranged in advance.

06 —

Alexandria

The Mediterranean pearl, where Greco-Roman history meets a breezy seafront corniche. We arrange the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Citadel of Qaitbay and the city's celebrated seafood tables, with secure transfers along the coast from Cairo.

07 —

Sharm el-Sheikh

The Red Sea at its most polished, with sheltered bays, world-class reefs and resort luxury on the Sinai coast. We coordinate private villas, yacht days and diving with vetted operators, plus seamless transfers from Sharm el-Sheikh International.

08 —

Marsa Alam

Quieter and wilder than its northern neighbours, Marsa Alam offers pristine reefs, dolphin houses and secluded resorts on the southern Red Sea. We arrange private boats, desert excursions and barefoot luxury with complete discretion.

09 —

Abu Simbel

The colossal temples of Ramesses II, rising above Lake Nasser in the far south. We arrange private flights from Aswan, a guided visit ahead of the crowds and, where the calendar allows, the twice-yearly sun alignment within the inner sanctuary.

Good to Know

Concierge & Security in Egypt - Frequently Asked Questions

Can you arrange private access to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum?

Yes. Early-morning or after-hours entry to the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, and priority, Egyptologist-led visits to the Grand Egyptian Museum beside the Giza plateau, away from the crowds.

Which parts of Egypt do you cover?

Cairo and Giza, Alexandria, Sharm el-Sheikh, Marsa Alam, Luxor and Aswan, Abu Simbel and the North Coast, with a single team coordinating your full itinerary.

Do you provide security alongside concierge?

Yes. Multilingual bodyguards and close protection, armed or unarmed in compliance with Egyptian regulations, integrated naturally into your itinerary.

Can you handle airport transfers and internal flights?

Yes. Secure transfers from Cairo, Sharm el-Sheikh and other airports in low-profile, armoured or luxury vehicles, and private or scheduled flights to Aswan and Abu Simbel.

When is the best time of year to visit Egypt?

October to April is the classic season: comfortable daytime temperatures in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, and the heritage sites at their busiest, which is exactly when private and after-hours access is worth the most. May to September belongs to the Red Sea, where Sharm el-Sheikh and Marsa Alam are at their best, with early-morning starts for anything inland. We plan around the calendar, Ramadan and the Eid holidays, and the crowd patterns at each site rather than around a generic itinerary.

How many days do we need for Egypt?

Four to five nights covers Cairo, the Giza plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum without hurrying, including a Nile evening and Historic Cairo. Add two nights for Luxor and Aswan, one more for Abu Simbel, and three or more for the Red Sea. Many clients already on the Red Sea come to Cairo for a single private day, flying in after breakfast and standing before Tutankhamun by late morning.

How much does a private Egypt programme cost?

It depends entirely on the shape of the itinerary: hotels, private access, guiding, aviation and security are quoted as one programme rather than as a package price. As a reference point, licensed close protection in Egypt typically starts around USD 500 per day and can reach USD 900 or more depending on the profile, and executive transport with a security driver is quoted alongside it. Send the dates, the party size and the interests, and you receive one confidential proposal with a final figure and no obligation.

Can you arrange a private Nile cruise or a felucca evening?

Yes. From a private felucca at sunset in Cairo to a fully chartered dahabiya or a suite on the finest Nile cruisers between Luxor and Aswan, with a private Egyptologist on board, dining arranged to your preference and discreet security throughout.

Do you work with personal assistants and family offices?

Constantly. Most Egypt programmes are arranged by an executive assistant, a personal assistant or a family office rather than by the principal. Send one brief with dates, party size, interests and any security requirements, and you receive a single confidential itinerary, one point of contact throughout, and NDA cover as standard.

Do you have Russian-speaking guides and security in Egypt?

Yes. Russian-speaking hosts, Egyptologist guides and close protection officers are available on request across Egypt, alongside English and Arabic, and French, Italian and Portuguese through our wider network. We regularly serve Russian-speaking families based in Moscow, Dubai and Limassol.

Is Egypt safe for luxury and family travel?

For prepared visitors, yes. The realistic risks are crowd density and persistent solicitation at the heritage sites, distraction theft in busy markets, and the logistics of traffic and distance, rather than violent crime. A licensed close protection officer and a security driver remove all three quietly, which is why we build them into most family itineraries by default.

Discreet, Integrated, Trusted

Executive concierge with protection woven in in Egypt.

Assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices arranging a principal’s stay work with one team that handles access, reservations, transport and security together - not a switchboard of separate vendors. Brief us once; we anticipate the rest.

Access is real and discretion is absolute: NDA-backed, OPSEC-aware planning, low-profile delivery, multilingual operatives, and protection that integrates so naturally it is never intrusive. It is why UHNWI and HNWI clients, royal households and the advisors who serve them treat Algoz as a trustworthy single point of contact in Egypt.
