All our agents will follow strict company guidelines, which include no use of alcohol prior to or during the services or any kind of drugs, except if medically prescribed. The agents will be physically able and fit to accomplish their designated missions. They will follow dress codes according to the circumstances, etiquette, and act always in a respectful manner. 2. Close Protection Services

Algoz Group offers comprehensive close protection services to ensure the safety and security of high-profile individuals. In today's world, the need for personal security has never been greater, and our close protection services provide peace of mind by mitigating potential threats. Our team of highly trained professionals is equipped to handle a wide range of security challenges, from discreet surveillance to emergency response planning.

A Close Protection Operative (PPO) can perform multiple functions within a mission. The term "bodyguard" is often used colloquially but does not fully encompass the range of responsibilities handled by a PPO. In professional close protection terminology, the PPO, or Personal Protection Operative, is tasked with maintaining constant surveillance of the VIP, also known as the Principal. The PPO serves as the crucial link between the VIP and the external world, as well as the rest of the protection team.


For instance, if a VIP attends a party with two operatives, one will assume the role of the PPO, who remains in close proximity to the VIP at all times, ensuring their safety and responding to any immediate threats. The other operative, under the direction of the Team Leader or PPO, will carry out additional tasks as assigned, which may include managing security around the venue or monitoring other potential risks.


In scenarios where additional individuals, such as the VIP’s partner, arrive at the event, the situation may evolve. For example, if the VIP’s girlfriend joins the scene, she might require protection as well. In this case, the PPO may delegate one of the operatives to assume responsibility for the girlfriend’s security, thus making her a second VIP and the operative a PPO for this new Principal. This demonstrates the adaptable and complex nature of close protection, where roles and responsibilities are fluid and tailored to the specific needs of each situation.

5. Transport Services

6. Emergency and Crisis Management


Our Emergency and Crisis Management service prepares you for and supports you through unexpected events.


- 48-Hour Plans: Immediate response strategies including evacuation plans, security measures, and essential communication.


- Short and Long-Term Plans: Comprehensive planning for both immediate and extended crises, including off-grid and structural solutions.


- Stockpiling: Ensuring adequate food, water, and medical supplies for emergency situations.


- Medical Supplies and Training: Provision of essential medical supplies and training for effective first aid.


- Communication and Alternatives: Establishing communication channels and alternative solutions to ensure ongoing safety and operations.

- Extra: Under request we can organise long term planning and structural changes, including bunker. Permanent Emergency Consultancy and others.




General Procedures


Booking and Confirmation

1. Service Request: Clients can request services via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. Pre-Consultation: A pre-consultation is free of charge. Full consultancy will be charged according to the required service. For example, a simple service such as the need for two operatives would cost around 50€ and will be included in the final price of the service. For a large operation that may require many days for planning, organisation, contacting, and hiring third-party providers, etc., it may cost 100€ per day that will be taken to complete the consultancy. Algoz Group will estimate the number of days necessary to complete that task. If this amount of days is exceeded, the client will not be charged for the extra days.

3. Documentation: The documents containing the General Terms and Conditions, Algoz Group Client Agreement, Disclosure Agreement and Policies, Payment Terms and Cancellation, and Requested Service Details will be sent by email prior to payment for the service. Once the documentation is signed, we proceed with the payment.

4. Consultation: A consultation is arranged to understand the client's needs and preferences.

5. Proposal: A detailed proposal is provided, including the scope of services, pricing, and terms.

6. Confirmation: Upon approval, a confirmation email and DocuSign agreement are sent to the client.


Service Execution

1. Preparation: Our team prepares all necessary arrangements to deliver the requested services.

2. Coordination: All services are coordinated by Algoz Group's professionals.

3. Delivery: Services are delivered as per the agreed plan, ensuring client satisfaction.

4. Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and adjustments are made to ensure optimal service delivery.


Client Responsibilities

1. Compliance: Clients must comply with Algoz Group’s policies and guidelines.

2. Disclosure: Clients must disclose any relevant information that could affect service delivery.

3. Behaviour: Clients must refrain from inappropriate, violent, or provocative behaviour.

4. Payments: All payments must be made according to the agreed terms.


Complaints and Appeals

1. Submission: Complaints or appeals can be submitted via email to services@algozgroup.com or mailed to our address.

2. Review: All submissions are reviewed by our management team.

3. Response: Clients receive a response within 10 business days.

4. Resolution: Efforts are made to resolve complaints and appeals to the client’s satisfaction.
