Algoz FZ-LLC (trading as Algoz Group)

Important Legal Notice – Security & Close Protection Services Algoz FZ-LLC is licensed solely as a Services Broker, Businessmen Services, Lifestyle Development Consultancy, Destination Management, and Retail Sale of Travel and Entertainment Services by RAKEZ.

We do NOT directly provide armed or unarmed security, bodyguard, or close-protection services. All operational execution is performed exclusively by licensed third-party partners who hold the necessary local permits (e.g., SIRA in Dubai, PSBD in Abu Dhabi, SIA in the United Kingdom, or equivalent foreign authorities).

We provide direct assistance and support to our clients in partnership with local regulated providers to deliver the best possible service while complying with local laws and ensuring a seamless, worry-free experience.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required approvals from UAE or foreign competent authorities. Armed services require a minimum 30-day lead time for authorisation, which may be refused.

All activities comply with UAE laws and RAKEZ regulations.

Algoz FZ-LLC (trading as Algoz Group) is dedicated to providing exceptional consultancy, brokerage, and direct assistance in concierge, travel, luxury, and transport services. This document outlines our licensed services and general procedures. All partners and operatives follow strict guidelines: no alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, physical fitness, appropriate dress code, etiquette, and respectful conduct.

Services Descriptions

1. Concierge Services

We provide consultancy and direct administrative support to manage daily life and special occasions.

• Booking reservations (restaurants, hotels, events)

• Arranging personal shopping

• Coordinating events/parties

• Itinerary planning

• Managing household services

All execution via licensed partners where required.

2. Close Protection Services

We do NOT provide direct security. All operational execution (bodyguards, surveillance, response) is performed exclusively by licensed third-party partners. We offer consultancy, threat assessment, coordination, and direct client support.

• PPO Role: A Close Protection Operative (PPO) maintains surveillance of the Principal (VIP). Roles are fluid (e.g., one PPO for VIP, another for partner). All operatives are third-party licensed professionals.

3. Travel Services

We provide consultancy, brokerage, and direct itinerary support.

• Customized planning

• Private jet/yacht charters (via partners)

• Exclusive hotel bookings

• VIP airport services

• Destination management

All bookings via licensed providers.

4. Luxury Services

We offer consultancy and coordination for premium experiences.

• Luxury car rentals (via partners)

• Exclusive event access

• Personal styling

• Fine dining arrangements

• Private tours

5. Transport Services

We provide brokerage and direct coordination of transport. No direct driving/operation.

• Chauffeur services (via licensed drivers)

• Airport transfers

• Limousine services

• Secure transport for valuables

• Fleet coordination

6. Emergency and Crisis Management

We offer consultancy and planning support. No direct response execution.

• 48-Hour Plans: Strategy, evacuation planning

• Short/Long-Term Plans: Off-grid solutions

• Stockpiling guidance

• Medical training coordination

• Communication setup

• Extra (on request): Long-term planning, bunker consultancy (via specialists)

All execution via licensed partners.

General Procedures

Booking and Confirmation

1. Service Request: Via website, email, phone, WhatsApp.

2. Pre-Consultation: Free. Full consultancy charged:

   • Simple (e.g., 2 operatives): ~€50 (deducted from final price).

   • Complex (multi-day planning): €100/day (estimated; no charge for overruns).

3. Documentation: Terms, Client Agreement, Policies, Payment Terms, Service Details sent before payment. Signed via DocuSign.

4. Consultation → Proposal → Confirmation.

Service Execution

1. Preparation: Partner vetting, planning.

2. Coordination: By Algoz professionals.

3. Delivery: Via licensed partners; direct support from Algoz.

4. Monitoring: Continuous adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

1. Comply with policies.

2. Disclose all relevant information.

3. No inappropriate/violent behavior.

4. Timely payments.

5. Obtain all required approvals (especially for security/transport).

Complaints and Appeals

1. Submit to service@algozgroup.com or mail.

2. Reviewed by management.

3. Response within 10 business days.

4. Resolution in good faith.
